We stayed as a family of 4, including a 1 year old and 3.5 year old. The place was extremely comfortable and had everything we would need for our stay. The kids enjoyed the playroom and kids room with lot of toys and books. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, cooking ware, and a high chair. Place could easily accommodate more people, very clean, comfy beds. Property manager was very responsive. Short drive to downtown area. Lastly, great outdoor area, we’d love to plan a trip there when warmer as well!

Great spot for a group of friends for a weekend! We loved the easy and close proximity to Hunter Mountain for skiing + tubing, we were able to walk right from the Airbnb. The amenities like the sauna and pool were a great addition, too, and it was a large amount of space for hanging out! Would recommend!!

Yanna's house exceeded all expectations. Immaculate throughout the spacious layout offered plenty of room for two families with children. My 10yo son said the bed was the most comfortable bed he ever slept in. Master bedrooms far enough apart so adults can have some privacy. Large kitchen with dining table perfect to cook and hang out. We skied at Belleayre both days (easy drive on 28) and less than 10 min from Woodstock if you want to go out. Also very close to a large grocery store. Would love to stay there again!

An amazing location when you want to get slightly off the grid for peace and tranquility. Everything you need to truly slow down, dial out and get peace, quiet and rest. An amazing spot for a weekend getaway. If you want to find yourself amongst serene surroundings and a quiet, private wooded area, this is the place. Just enough modern amenities to be comfortable, but just basic enough to make you slow down. Tanner the host was the most responsive and helpful host of any of the airbnbs we've ever stayed. Truly went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More than accommodating with every request.

Susanna was such a wonderful, generous, and helpful host! When our previous Airbnb did not work out and we were desperately searching for better options nearby, we stumbled on Susanna’s place and she was able to accommodate us at a lower price given that it was so last minute and we were losing money on having to check out of our other Airbnb early. She also was helpful in communicating with us about an upcoming snowstorm and made sure to send people to plow and shovel right away. Aside from that, the house is spectacular, with gorgeous breathtaking Mountain Views, comfortable and cozy couches and beds, an amazing fireplace with a large stock of firewood, and a kitchen stocked with all the appliances you’d need! The hot tub was amazing too! We loved it here and are so glad we stumbled upon it. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend!!

If your attending a tournament at CASV , this is the ideal spot. Nice view , a pool to relax and ample space for your entire family.

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Loved the house. Kitchen is great. Awesome living room with very comfortable couch and fireplace. Bedrooms perfect. Hot tub was perfect. Original Nintendo system upstairs was fun. Went skiing at Hunter which is 20-25 min away. Woodstock 15 min away. Really a great place. Jaime was responsive, friendly and helpful.

John and Lizz's place was the perfect blend of spacious yet also cozy, with many of the rooms leading to the open main living room with lots of light. It was the perfect place to spend time with a larger family or group of friends. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean when we got there. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

This place is priced just right - not expensive at all and still within short driving distance for destinations in the area. The hosts were extremely communicative during the stay. WiFi didn’t work for us, but per the description, it can run out towards the end of the billing cycle. There are a lot of “house rules” - nothing crazy or unwarranted - just information overload and made me nervous I’d forget to do something properly. You can tell this doesn’t appear to be a property for the sole purpose of listing it on Airbnb, so definitely feels lived in/loved. Also, the town was great about clearing the roads despite getting about 8 inches of snow.

Despite booking my stay with three other friends for my birthday during February, it was the absolute best decision. Everything was as described, lot of great in-home amenities including games (i.e. ping pong, pool, tons of table-top entertainment.) Scott was absolutely one of the best hosts I have coordinated and communicated with. He would check-in to ensure we had what we needed and when there was a heavy snowfall the evening prior to our departure date- he immediately checked in and had the walkway and driveway cleared of snow. Lot of great, beautiful hikes in the snowfall and do hope to have the opportunity to return during the warmer season. Thank you, again, for the wonderful accommodations and for being such a proactive and communicative host!

Henry’s place was great for our family ski trip. Convenient location to ski mountains - 20 min from Windham. House was clean and Henry was a very responsive host. Minor imperfections such as the fridge door handle was broken, and the back screen to the deck was torn. Kitchen could have had more pots pans and baking sheets. We would stay again! Thanks Henry!

We had an incredible weekend at Vanda’s home. It was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos and very comfortably accommodated our group of 13. We all fit at the long dining table and there were plenty of beds. The upstairs living room was our main hangout spot, it was cozy (multiple stoves in the house and a beautiful fireplace) and the view through the windows was stunning. And it was very warm despite the cold weather outside! The kitchen had everything you’d need as well. We didn’t have to go anywhere! I would definitely emphasize cars with 4wd for winter visits, the driveway was steep and the snow/freezing rain we got made it difficult even with 4wd. Our hosts kindly sent someone to plow for us, recommended someone to help us tow a car out that got stuck at the bottom of the driveway, and were very flexible and responsive. Be prepared for winter conditions but it’s worth the trip! Overall our stay was really awesome, I’d highly recommend this house for large groups.

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

I enjoyed my stay at Gavin and Alison's house in the Catskills. It was a great place to spend a snowy winter weekend in January with my son and two grandchildren. The house is a short drive from various skiing and winter-sports resorts. We were satisfied with the kitchen and other amenities, played board games, and generally had a relaxing time. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

This was our 3rd time staying at Patti's -- and we will back for a 4th! Which at first sounded crazy to us. My girlfriend and I enjoy traveling and finding new places is always fun but this air bnb is worth the repeat returns! Patti does so much to make sure it's a special stay by curating a beautiful home with thoughtful touches. It's become a tradition to visit this place and enjoy nature, the hot tub plus all the nearby small towns. Looking forward until the next time.

It was great place for getting out of city and enjoying the nature. Though it was cold outside it was great to have fireplace inside. Overall, the stay was great.

Jane and Klay were great hosts and their home in Stone Ridge was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. We loved the fireplace and our dog loved the huge front and backyard with easy to access trails right from the property. The hosts were proactive with communication and gave really nice recommendations for local hikes and restaurants. We had a beautiful snowy weekend and would definitely love to come back. For our purposes, which was a winter getaway with extended family and friends, this was a great spot. Location great if you want to ski in Catskills. Wonderful hikes right there. Fun space for entertaining. Would return 100%

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

We have stayed at multiple Airbnb's and this one is absolutely incredible! The pictures do not do it justice - this place exceeded our expectations in every way! The most private peaceful property with the beautiful pond & woods for taking walks and the house is so spacious and rustic we loved it! We are pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen extremely well equipped for cooking all our meals with multiple pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, trays and plenty of plates, silverware and mugs for our large group. There are plenty of books & games to keep you entertained, we didn't turn on the TV once! The place was impeccably clean and we absolutely loved the antique doors, lighting, art & furniture and the multiple bathrooms! Our kids loved the swings on the porch and by the barn, playing yard games and just exploring the surroundings. What an incredible retreat... we would stay here again without hesitation! We were imagining how beautiful the place would be in each season.

The cleanest Airbnb I've ever rented! It was refreshing to stay at a place that was so well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend of cooking and the beds were so comfortable. The technology if the heating, lighting, entertainment, etc was top-notch. The nearby trails and state park were a treat to explore, too! Everything about the visit was easy.

Enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and neat! Perfect weekend to unplug and spend time with family. We also enjoyed the Indian Hills state park nearby and their cidery.
