Alex went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering detailed instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The property itself is perfect for a stay in St Pete—clean, well decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, which was a huge bonus. We loved relaxing in the cozy living room and enjoyed the ambiance of the surrounding area. The location was also perfect—close to local attractions. It was evident that the host takes great pride in maintaining the space and ensuring guests have a memorable stay. We cannot recommend this place enough and would absolutely return in the future! Thank you for making our getaway trip perfect!

Lauren’s space was great! We loved being in an historic neighborhood and enjoyed Central Ave to down town. Her place was good for all the exploring we did with great access. We will stay there again when we return to St. Pete!

This is a beautiful place with thoughtful and practical amenities available. Although it is described as "small," it truly was all the space we needed to relax, get ready, and stay comfortable. We had clean bedding and towels, as well as basic kitchen items (coffee, snacks, paper towels, etc.). Although we came prepared with our own beach towels, Ninah provided beach towels, bags, chairs, etc. It was so nice to have our own parking spot and two outdoor seating areas. Ninah was responsive at the time of booking, day of check-in, and throughout our brief stay as necessary. It was in a safe, peaceful location with a number of activities just a short drive away. We loved reading through some of the previous guests' memories and recommendations! Although we only stayed for two nights, we felt right at home and are eager to return in the future. :) Ninah is an awesome hostess who has great attention to detail and cares for her guests. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy this lovely space!

My family and I had an amazing time here. The place was full of amenities and we were surprised with all of the accommodations. There was a pack n play for our toddler, toys put away in a closet, a high chair for him as well. The chickens were a nice touch, and the back yard was a true oasis. Definitely would come here again.

I really enjoyed the place, took a spring break trip with my friends, very cozy house with a nice layout by the pool to enjoy the weather without having to go to the beach! I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends! Also located 2 minutes from a shopping plaza making grocery trips easy.

Jen and Jason’s cottage was wonderful! It looked just like the pictures only larger and everything was clean and beautiful. It was equipped with everything we would ever need and as a morning coffee lover I especially appreciated having that provided. Jen was attentive and very responsive and went out of her way to provide baby items for our 5 month old granddaughter traveling with us. The cottage is the perfect location- a short walk to shops and restaurants in quaint Dunedin. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jen and Jason! 😊

We really enjoyed this cozy little oasis. Carlos and Ileana were great hosts, they greeted us with hugs and a glass of wine. The property was easy to find and check in was a delight. The room was cozy for two people which was a perfect setting for our anniversary. We were even surprised with happy anniversary decorations and happy birthday decorations for my fiancé's birthday. Everything was well stocked right down to the beer and k-cups for my morning coffee because I kept forgetting to buy some. The back yard felt like our own private oasis with a wonderful hot tub cabana. And you can order a bottle of custom Sangria or a bucket of iced beer right from the hot tub!! If you're a couple looking for a great place to stay in Clearwater you should definitely give this place a try. We loved it! Thank you again to our hosts for everything!

I could not have been happier or more satisfied that I booked Isora's place. I was especially looking for somewhere convenient to Tampa International Airport, and Isora's place certainly was perfect for that. But for anyone looking for clean, comfortable accommodations in Tampa for any reason, look no further. As mentioned, the property was spotless and very comfortable. It also provided all the necessary amenities and had varied restaurant options nearby. This property truly represented excellent value from the word "go." In addition, Isora was a great host--proactive, responsive, and very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Isora's place and would gladly stay there again.

What an enjoyable visit to Passé Grill. Not only was our stay at the Berkeley beach club exactly what we needed but it was a perfect location! The amenities were also unexpected and amazing. Would highly recommend this spot and Maryann who was very responsive. Thank you for a great vacation!!
