An amazing place with an amazing host! Melanie was responsive and made accommodations for us due to our travel times. Great sized rooms. Beautiful back yard even if you do not use the pool it is peaceful to just sit around. If you decide to go to the beach the house has everything you need if you decide to go with beach chairs, toys if you have kids and more. Can’t go wrong with this place. Bookmarking this place hopeful to stay again next time I’m in the area.

Loved the location for not being on the beach. Very homey and comfortable! Awesome beds/bedding and TV set-up, pool was great, the sitting area was cozy, easy laundry area, variety of games/fun areas! Would definitely stay again - THANK YOU, Nicole!! :)

We can’t say enough about this home. Chelsie was amazing and her home felt like ours. The pool was so beautiful and well kept. Her home is beautiful as well and sits on plenty of land for you to enjoy your family in private. She has pristine landscaping and a place for you to bbq and relax. The hot tub was the best part!!! We book an Airbnb once a month to come together as a family and visit we definitely will be back and appreciate the hospitality Chelsie showed us and prompt response to any and all of our needs. THANK YOU AGAIN

Great location and views-spacious accommodations

Loved walking to the beach, which was very private. Hung out on the beautiful patio alot. Kitchen was fully stocked like at home, with newer appliances. Cooked several meals! Close to lot's of good restaurants and ice cream. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Would love to stay there again. Thank you Charlie!

I stayed at Brent’s kind of last minute and I’m so glad I did. It was so vibrant, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beyond cute! The bnb was probably one of the most well stocked bnb’s I’ve been in. The fridge had an amazing assortment of beverages. There were snacks galore, games, and even an arcade with even more games. Brent was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! He was so kind, knowledgeable of the area, and so helpful. If you are considering staying at Brent’s, book now. You will not regret it. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cozy Bay Cottage was a very satisfying experience! Clear directions for check in, extremely clean inside and out, quick replies from the Host on several questions I sent, A variety of provided Breakfast items to help me settle in, everything listed was provided and more! I have spent a month in St. Pete three times, and this was by far was my Best ARBNB experience!

We booked this last minute and the quick and consistent response and communications was awesome. He even helped since we were arriving late get us all set up with no issues. Beautiful view, great little cozy town with lots to do. We are definitely adding to our "return to" list!

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

Great space! Perfect for my son and I. The area was very quiet and the studio was very private. Had basically everything we needed and could come and go as pleased. Private entrance and Parking directly infront. Will rent again

Loved my stay here, Georgette is an amazing host and made me feel right at home. Internet worked great for working from home, comfortable bed, tv in the bedroom, good shower, and awesome being able to use the kitchen. You even get homemade biscotti! Definitely recommend this place!

I really love this place! It's very quiet and located in a nice area, which makes me feel safe. Everything is clean and well-maintained. I have no worries at all and I look forward to coming back again.

Linda and Warren were great hosts. Coffee and Breakfast with warm company was surprisingly enjoyable. our first Airbnb experience and won't be our last. If you are offered ANYTHING that Linda has cooked, do not decline. She makes a sourdough that is delicious! Such a charming house, in a charming neighborhood, hosted by charming folks, with two charming doggies! really made us feel at home and we're always there if anything was needed! a real big thanks to the both of them!
