Very good spot and easily accessible

My wife and I recently enjoyed a 10-day stay at Akis's wonderful place in Athens, which we chose as our base while I participated in the Athens Marathon. The location was ideal: close enough to walk to all the main sights, yet tucked away from the usual tourist crowds, offering a fantastic balance of accessibility and authentic local vibe. The apartment itself was superbly arranged, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It had all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel like a true home away from home. Akis was a standout host, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. He was not only helpful but also proactive in sharing local insights and tips, including recommendations based on current exhibitions and events in the area, which really enriched our experience. Without a doubt, we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Athens. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely property! Constantine's place was spacious and clean, and so well equipped beyond the basics. His pre-arrival information was very helpful and we took advantage of many of his recommendations. The location was very convenient, near to a metro station; we took the metro daily to get around the city. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Very spacious modern apartment with an amazing view. A good base for exploring the city with lots of the major sights within easy walking distance. Tina is very helpful and responsive. A great stay and would recommend to others coming to Athens as a group or (as we were) as a family.

Quiet and peaceful location, but still walking distance to all major attractions and social spots. Irene was quick to respond and offered plenty of local recommendations. Couldn't have asked for more.

My family and I stayed here because we wanted to be away from the city. I was absolutely impressed when we walked in to find the Airbnb to be everything and more than we anticipated. There are a couple of grocery stores within walking distance and there’s an awesome toddler park as well. A lot of amazing restaurants that deliver to the Airbnb as well which was a plus for us! The spa was super awesome to have in the sun room after the long days. The host was extremely responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance or had questions. I have zero complaints and would come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Alexandros' place for a month and enjoyed our stay. He was super responsive the few times we needed anything. The location was great to get anywhere in the city. The Kato Patissia station on the Green Line is a 2-minute walk and the metro was very reliable. Everyone was super friendly in the surrounding neighborhood. There were several groceries, and coffee shops. We particularly enjoyed Achilleion for leisurely morning coffees and Piatsa Gyros for Greek salad and chicken skewers. We also joined the George PNS Fitness Center; George made us feel welcome from day 1.

We loved our stay at Dionisos' place! Beautiful apartment, well equipped and clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Great location - close to the metro as well as local shops and restaurants. Dionisos was very kind and responsive - helping us arrange an airport transfer which was invaluable as our flight was delayed. We would love to come back and stay in the same apartment, thank you!

I have stayed in countless AirBnB and many of them wonderful. Maria's apartment really felt like a place to live in. Everything in very good condition, easy to find things, no surprises, generous in all ways. Very light, and the host was very helpful yet discreet. I would highly recommend Maria's place for short stays to radiate out from, and for longer ones as well, it's all you'd need. Full five stars.

The terrace is terrific and the view from the little balcony on the opposite side of the place too. ‘Tiny’ the place is but I didn’t feel it lacked anything I needed in my short stay.

You will have the patio at 7 and 8th floor, which is taller than most surrounding buildings. Good view to the Acropolis but lack of lights on the 8th floor. Need to walk narrow stairs to enter the apartment so I won’t recommend those with big luggages. Also, I will recommend to arrive with day light you will find the place more lovely.

Clean, homely and well equipped studio apartment. Excellently located; five minutes walk from nearest Metro station (line direct to Piraeus port, one stop away from changing to the line for the Airport), Acropolis slopes and many restaurants. Easy to explore Athens on foot from here. Thank you for hosting me!

This is a quirky apartment with a modernised living space. We loved the little oddities about the home and didn't mind that the lighting is a bit dim in some rooms or that doors don't fully close, it's all part of the experience of staying in an authentic Athenian condo. 5 stars, would stay again.

Stamatis was an excellent host , more over he was an amazing person! He meets you at the entrance, explains everything in detail, gives you all the recommendations about where to go what to do, also has all of that written down for you at the apartment so you don't miss out on anything. The apartment was amazing, beautiful decor, clean, spacious, with a lovely balcony where we sat for our morning coffees, very nice kitchen which I used to cook a few times, netflix also installed on the tv, privately parking and underfloor heating in the house which was amazing. The rooftop pool was beautiful with amazing views , so if you stay in a warmer - summer season it will be amazing to use. The apartment is very close to the metro only a 3-5 minute walk literally. We enjoyed every moment of this beautiful apartment and I have to say I would give it a 10 star reviewif there was one. Exceptional..! We will definitely be staying again!! I couldn't of asked for more from Theadora. I highly reccomend to book here!!such a beautiful home,perfect for peace and quiet after a busy day exploring Athens. Theadora was so helpful and friendly, she sent me reccomendations for the local area. We had an adorable basket of snacks and water and juice in the fridge wich was so appreciated as we had landed very late at night. The studio is beautiful, so clean and lovely outdoor areas and pool. I was travelling alone with my daughter and felt so safe with the doors to the building. I would come back to Athens in the future just to stay at this home. netflix available,hot water tests up within 10/15 minutes,air con and heat available. Washing machine available for use. Everything was perfect!!. The local uber was great we used this to travel around all the time into Athens and back. The metro is easy too access although we did not use this as I found uber fantastic.

We stayed 3 adults at the apartment for 3 nights. Everything was perfect. The check-in, the nice complex and the apartment. The city center is in a walking distance.Alex is a great hostess. I will surely recommend the apartment for anyone. Thank you Alex

We had a wonderful weekend in Athens! Yannis and Tax’s apartment is beautiful. They set up a taxi to pick us up the night we came in and that was really helpful. The driver was so kind we even asked to have the same driver the morning we left. We were walking distance to everything. We didn’t need a rental car or even need public transportation. The hot tub on the terrace is wonderful after a day of sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment and the building is absolutely beautiful and new, you don’t find that usually in Greece! The area is full with local shops that we enjoyed the most during our stay! Also felt safer than center. Center was only 15mins walk away which made it easy. The gym and the pool was a nice addition for our morning routine and the terrace for late night ☺️

This is the second time me and my family had the pleasure to stay at Rhodric’s place. The amount of effort that is put from all hosts involved to ensure a comfortable stay for us is unmatched! Extremely clean, stocked with anything you may need while traveling, baby friendly, very private & safe. HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone.
