Really good value for a 4 bedroom house, and very convenient for transport links supermarket etc. Third time our group has stayed here. The midday checkout takes the pressure off on the last day. Speedy and straightforward communication - thanks Dholma.

We stayed here to celebrate my mums 60th as some family live in Kent and some in wales. This was a perfect house to host in. It was a lovely size and great for the outside driveway parking. The house was very clean and presentable. We had been left fresh coffee beans for the coffee make which was a lovely touch. The house was in walking distance to some shops and pub and a short drive to Bicester village. The owner answered straight away to any questions we had. Would highly recommend

A Perfect Stay in Henley-on-Thames We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Henley-on-Thames. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The cottage is beautifully decorated, with a cozy yet stylish feel, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living space was so inviting—we loved relaxing on the sofa in the evening. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and we woke up each morning feeling refreshed and ready to explore the area. The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll to the river, local shops, and fantastic restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The host was also exceptional, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches throughout the home. This cottage truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. Stayed here this weekend and I could not have been anymore satisfied with everything from start to finish! Susan was very helpful providing a guide to everything you may have a question with. The surrounding area was also a great bonus with places to explore or just sit and have a great view. The accommodation was superb, the bed was very spacious and the general facilities were easy to use. The hot tub was an absolute pleasure and again fairly simple to use. Overall a great stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, cozy stay.

One of the best flats I've had the pleasure of staying in during many years of travel. Pat's place is extremely well appointed (she has thought of everything you might need), spotless, quiet, and close to everything you may need in Oxford. It is located within a short walking distance of the rail station and - in my case very helpful for my 4:40am departure - the central bus station at Gloucester Green, which is only about a 5-minute walk away. Couldn't be easier. Pat showed me the place when I arrived and was always responsive when I had questions. I wish only that I had had more time, and especially more leisure time, to enjoy this place, and therefore hope to be back!
