The Village

The rustic "härbre" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with a feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace" with many windows has a private wood-burning stove that both heats and creates a completely private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. Great fishing from the jetty or the boat that is included. proximity to forest with nice marked exercise loops. lawn to sunbathe and play on. large living room with kitchen, dining area and tv part. 2 bedrooms and new renovated bathroom with shower and WC. air heat pump that warms or cools. Own wood-fired sauna with a fire pit and charcoal grill outside. It takes 20 minutes to Skellefteå city by car using E4.

In summer you can experience bright nights under the midnight sun. In winter you can experience lots of snow, long dark days and, if you are lucky, the beautiful Northern Lights. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view.
