Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Pittsburgh

Paul’s place was comfortable and worth the price. You can tell this neighborhood use to be a beautiful thriving one and is trying to get back to that. The neighbors were nice and my kid even played with a few neighbor kids. Our dog was in heaven with such a nice backyard, this trip. The only thing we didn’t absolutely love was the size of the bathroom. It’s not bad by any means, we’re just use to bigger ones. I know this is standard for houses in this area and built during this time period. Unfortunately, Paul’s dog passed while we were visiting and he was still quick to communicate during that awful time. We would stay again.

Wonderful place. The house looked like it was remodeled yesterday. Very cute and well organized. The kitchen was completely stocked with new pots, utensils, glasses, plates, etc. Walking distance to the shops in Oakmont with a beautiful view of the Allegheny River. Perhaps the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Thank you.

Not a single complaint about this place. Great walkable location, close to bars, cafes, great restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Very clean and cozy. I hope to stay here again soon.

My husband and I were visiting Pittsburgh for the Steelers vs Browns game, and Lauren’s place could not have been more perfect for our weekend getaway to the city! The house was gorgeous, extremely cozy, and had plenty of space. Short 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the Monongahela incline where we could take the trolley straight to Acurisure stadium, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the house, and if it wasn’t so cold we would have totally taken advantage of the private backyard with the fire pit! Lauren really thought of everything to make the home extra special. We will absolutely be back, and hope that Lauren’s place will be available to book again!

We have stayed at Jack’s place before and we have always found the place to be very nice and Jack is always very friendly and easy to contact if you need anything. We would recommend staying here.

Staying with Leni was perfect! The space felt so cozy! Some highlights of the listing is how relaxing the bed is with perfect temperature controls of the AC and heat. Having a garage to park my car was great as it snowed during or stay so I didn't have to clean it off and Leni snowblowed the drive way immediately which was very thoughtful as our host. Her lovely protecting dog Kubo was outside the property when we arrived but we didn't have to interact with any of the animals to check in by ourselves. I'm 6"2' and my only complaint was using the shower was a little awkward since I was eyelevel with the shower head but super negligible. Overall a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Leni!

We can honestly say that this is the BEST Airbnb that we’ve stayed in (of over 50 different rentals). The views from the back porch are amazing-the photos on their page don’t do it justice. The area is quiet and easy to navigate. The presence of 2-well appointed bathrooms plus 4 bedrooms (all with additional seating/sleeping options) is an excellent value! The kitchen was well stocked-better than any airbnb that we’ve been in. We were able to make dinner for 7 with ease. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware and cooking tools. Chilled water and snacks on our arrival made it more special. The only downside was the 20 steps to get the 2nd floor apartment - but the presence was well communicated, not a surprise AND leads to the aforementioned view of Pittsburgh downtown! There is an apartment upstairs (owners), but we heard nothing. The owners/hosts are to be commended for their thoughtful touches (lots of games, books, blankets, cozy furniture, bedding). We will be back!

Such a perfect place to stay. The generously equipped kitchen made it possible for me to spontaneously bake a birthday cake for the friend I was visiting. The beds were super comfy and the apartment itself was very unique and beautiful with all the dark wood. Parking is super easy and it’s close to lots of things.

What an amazing trip! James was extremely helpful giving recommendations for our trip. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and the perfect home base for exploring the city! I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, cozy place in a safe, walkable neighborhood, located within walking distance of a scenic viewpoint from which you can see all of downtown Pittsburgh from a great height. The kitchen is large and generously equipped. George, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive, and whenever any issue came up during my month-long stay, he was quick to address it. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Shannon was a great host. Always quick to respond and offer any help we needed to make our stay better. The house was perfect for us and our dogs. Will stay here next time we’re in Pittsburgh.

A group of us stayed at Christina’s home for a ski trip to Seven Springs. The house was well equipped with anything we needed, about a 20 minute drive to the mountain, and the art/decor was awesome! I think the king bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, too. Definitely would recommend! Only tip is make sure to bring bottled water as the tap water has a strong sulfur smell but is perfectly fine to use!

We only got to stay the night but my sister and I both agree it would be a great place to come and stay with a group of friends for a weekend!

A really great "cabin" overlooking a wooded valley, quiet and in the country and yet close to the Pittsburgh airport (about 15 mins mostly on interstate). We rented the whole house (where the basement can be rented separately) which was perfect for our extended family group. The owner's suite on the third floor has a great deck to overlook the valley with morning coffee, and the main floor is spacious, full kitchen, cathedral ceilings, and a word burning fireplace that you can use. A great spot to stay in this area of the Pittsburgh metro area.

The house was super clean and fully stocked! Beautiful location with many things near by to visit such as wineries, parks and restaraunts. Snowed more than half the time we were there, Alex had a shovel and salt at the door for us to use which was a welcomed addition. Very comfortable seating with fireplace and plenty of blankets, definately a cozy cabin feel on a snowy day. We were happy with our stay and look forward to another stay in the future.!

Great cabin with plenty of amenities. Rustic but also easy to navigate utilities. For instance if you are not comfortable using a wood burning stove they have an hvac unit and electric heaters in every room. Located near many attractions such as ski resorts. Eateries of all types in the area as well as hometown general stores and antique shops. As a pet friendly cabin, love how they cater to our 4 legged friends with dogs bowls and toys readily available !! The only wish I would have and it’s nothing the owners can do about … just note .. there are other houses near the cabin. Still a quiet setting but if you do want to escape reality from people for a few days … you might run in to a few .. but they do all wave hi to you.

My family and I stayed to see the groundhog! The cabin was beautiful plus it was so much land and so peaceful! The lake was frozen over and snow all over which was gorgeous. Tammy was so helpful and her recommendations were very helpful. if you visit during winter be sure you have a 4 wheel drive car and be aware the driveway up to the cabin can ice over so be careful or just do what we did and park at the bottom. We had such a fun time and cant recommend this place enough!

This place was a wonderful cabin where I was able to relax and really enjoy my time! It was super clean, super cozy, and it was incredibly relaxing!
