TI 112Mar: Bright and cosy!

Nice and stylish Loft located on the old town's heart, mediterranean colors. On the Llotja neighborhood very quiet and sunny street. Open views to a private garden, masiv and emblematic building La Lonja. Is surrounded by bars and restaurants but the only street calm to relax. The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.

cottage on organic farm

It is a very quiet, surrounded by greenery and animals. The nearby villages are 10 and 15 minutes, where you can buy what is needed. There is a train station a short walk from here, that unites much of the island. Beaches in 25 minutes. It is a small house with two heights. Kitchen-lounge. in the second height, the double bed and a loft which can be another bed for children. Great storage space for storage. The house has everything you need for the kitchen and refrigerator, sheets and towels.

Apartamento muy luminoso situado en un primer piso, dispone de un dormitorio, un baño y cocina abierta a sala de estar, todo ello con ventanas al exterior. Disponibilidad de parking para su coche o bicicletas. El apartamento está situado a 200 m del mar, zona arbolada, buenos restaurantes y próximo a las playas de Ciudad Jardín y el Peñón. Bien comunicado con Palma (15 minutos en bus) aeropuerto y con zona de ocio centro comercial (FAN), disponiendo de servicios de autobuses cada 10 minutos.

Wonderful apartment near the beach

The loft is in Puerto Pollensa, its the ideal location makes it a great destination for couples who want to enjoy sunny days or spend romantic holidays. The bright and spacious interior offers AC, heating and a fireplace. There is a dining and living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a small bathroom, and a full bathroom in the master bedroom. It also has has 2 terraces to enjoy the sunny days and lovely evenings. There is a large community swimming pool with a BBQ grill.

In addition, equipped with kitchen, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, mini refrigerator, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, TV, sheets, towels, iron, dining table, air conditioning and heating. Bonito Studio con terraza situado a unos pasos de la playa . Dispone de cocina equipada con cocina vitrocerámica y microondas, cafetera y tostador. Está muy bien situado en el centro de Can Picafort y por tanto disponen a tan solo unos metros de todos los servicios esenciales así como restaurantes, tiendas etc. Los clientes disponen servicio Wifi gratuito. En el apartamento ponemos a disposición del cliente sábanas y toallas .

A few meters from Portopetro is this wonderful jewel with history. Originally, it was the workshop of a carpenter dedicated to the restoration of wooden boats. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of the heart of this space. Thus, rock, wood and iron make up the aesthetics and structure of the house, giving the feeling of being on a boat that seems to house a cave inside.
