We were looking for a quiet place while staying close to the center and this apartment meets all the criteria. The garden is a real plus. The kids also loved their cozy little room. Sophie was available and responsive. Access to the listing is facilitated by the presence of a lockbox. The location is ideal on the harbor. An appreciable loggia. It was a pleasure for us to have occupied this space in line with our needs for a few days.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

Spacious and bright, comfortable and well equipped apartment with quiet "typical " street views (living room dining / kitchen) and leafy courtyard (bedroom. A few minutes walk from the train station, shops and restaurants, the port and the fish market – also close to Deauville... My stay coinciding with the American Film Festival, I was able to go to the various "words" by braving the elements with the steps of shopping... It's very simple... I had no desire to leave...!

An unexpected stay in these places but not unhappy that it went this way. The apartment is cozy, ideally located and the communication with the different interlocutors we had was super cordial and efficient. I recommend it without hesitating!! Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

Ideal location and suitable accommodation for a WE with friends in Deauville-Trouville. All places of interest within walking distance. Thanks to Sonia for her responsiveness, as well as to Sylvie for her availability over the weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

Very good stay. Some difficulties with access because the GPS led us to the gate entrance to the subdivision. But once the other entrance was found, everything went smoothly. House in quiet development

Great stay at Cathy and Nico's. Very easy communication. Nico came very kindly to greet us after our arrival. Very nice house, everything is very clean and the decor neat. We spent 6 days in the house at a time when the weather was very cold and the stove on the veranda is an absolute happiness! The beach is at the end of the street with all the water activities possible. The village is a great base to visit Normandy. We highly recommend this location!

Beautiful house from the turn of the century, very pleasant to live in even in winter. We immediately felt at home. We were able to live a few " timeless " days with the family for the Christmas period. It is ideally located in relation to downtown Houlgate and to go for a short walk to the sea. This charming house is very pleasant and well located. Both quiet and close to shops, it is ideal for enjoying Trouville and its surroundings.

Thanh's house is very nice, extremely clean and well-located (on a quiet street + the beach, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot). There is everything you need for cooking and we enjoyed the ping pong table! Communication with Thanh was very smooth and he is accommodating regarding schedules. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

We had a wonderful time. Cécile and Michel's listing is as described. Everything is there; bright accommodation, well equipped, nice and very nice. It is right next to the beaches of Courseulles sur Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to radiate on all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! This is a great find in Honfleur, really good location for the harbour and a beautiful view. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we ate all our meals in the local restaurants, all of which are fabulous! Josette kindly left us a welcome basket of treats and cider and water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. You can see so much while sitting on the sofa, of the park and the entrance to the harbour, if you stand at the balcony you can see the ferris wheel across the water. When my father wanted to rest in the apartment I went and sat in the park opposite to read under a tree. I slept in the bottom bunk and my father had the double bed and we both slept really well, the mattresses were perfect. Good to have a check out with the concierge so she could see all was well. I left my sandals, my fault, and will get them when I return to the apartment on my next visit!

Excellent possibility for a stay in Trouville, well located in a charming building, very close to the beach and the city center.
