We loved staying here in Nice! The apartment is in a wonderful location. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we were surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants! Hanna was an amazing host, it was easy to get in touch with her and she was responsive.

Milly was super friendly, always available, lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area, in contact nice and friendly, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in the kitchen and bathroom and there was wine and ice cream to welcome you - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day out, plenty of loungers even when the house is fully occupied.

We had a great weekend stay at Patrick and Virginie’s place. The apartment is super cute and quirky and matched the description perfectly. The location was amazing, right in the old town and walkable to some great restaurants bars and shops while being tucked away so nice and private. Antibes is also lovely with pretty winding streets and squares, some great walks and beautiful beaches. Patrick and Virginie were also great hosts, really helpful, with great communication and very responsive to any questions. All in all a great stay and would definitely return again!

Very nice stay at Manon's. The apartment is nice and as described. The residence has many advantages: beautiful impeccable swimming pool tennis mini golf playgrounds The studio is missing a coffee table, the bedside lamps of the upstairs beds in the entrance do not work and it is missing a few small details (laundry tongs for example ) but nothing very serious The neighbors around the studio (with children in particular) were a little noisy every day... The directions for the lock box and location were clear We would recommend this experience

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and felt very much at home.The balcony too was great and we enjoyed having breakfast there most mornings looking at the beautiful sea views.Would recommend Laure's place and will hopefully stay there again

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities are there. Large garden, so you can sit in the sun and also in the shade. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, which we made a lot of use of. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, jeu de boules court. Friendly host and nice communication.

Bonjour, I missed the last connecting train between Toulon and St Raphael because of a collision deposited in a train station (Trapped Collis? ) I had to decide to sleep in a hotel in Toulon It was very late to cancel my airbnb room, I let my host know. A beautiful newly renovated apartment of ~ 70m2 in a beautiful art deco house divided into 4 apartments! A breathtaking view of the great blue! Everything has been nicely redone by Nicholas. We came in December and it was good in the house: efficient heating. But we didn't enjoy the pool . Some small downsides on the amount of nice dishes which is too fair for 4 for a day! That's a bit of a shame! And it's still missing some accessories like salad dryer or champagne glasses, but we don't doubt that Nicholas will quickly fix it Finally, the sound insulation between the living room and the neighbor above is not perfect, fortunately the bedrooms are below (R-1) and therefore far from possible disturbances. In short, very nice rental, a superb view and all shops within walking distance!

The place was more than we expected. The photos show little compared to what the apartment contains. I would 100% recommend this place, the location is just perfect and the apartment is very spacious. Excellent communication, nothing to say! Thank you for this experience!

Pleasant stay. Evelyne is welcoming and available. Clean space that matches the description/photos. Easy to park. Close to shops, however a vehicle is necessary to move around. Very beautiful region, we were able to discover Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and Monaco (By train). We'll be there again.
