Garden floor with covered terrace and private garden offering a magnificent and breathtaking view of the quays of the Marines de Cogolin and St Tropez. This cozy apartment is located in a very quiet residence and secured by guards, gates and surveillance camera. Closed parking lot adjoining the beach residence as well as a private pool about 300 m away. A free sea shuttle travels non-stop in July and August to drop you off at your choice in the port.
