Beautiful apartment in the center of Nice

We stayed at Ulrika’s place for a week as a group of four friends, and it was perfect. The apartment was spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and incredibly well-equipped. There was everything we needed to make meals (from crockery to herbs&spices), there were essentials already in the shower & bathroom, even washing powder to do some laundry. Nothing was missing from the place. The location was also excellent, very close to the train station and main tram stops, a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants. The building was secure and on a quiet street. Ulrika was super helpful, responded very fast and was very accommodating, even letting us check in early. We’d recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed for 2 months and loved every minute of this perfect apartment in Cannes! Beautifully decorated, light and bright. Great terrace! Excellent location on a lively street with everything at your fingertips. You feel like a local! Walk to the beach, shops and train station. Short cab ride or train to the Airport. It's perfect! Safe day or night! Great hosts, lots of nice touches in the apartment to you up for success. Can't wait to go back.

We (a family of 5, with children aged 6, 5 and 3) had a wonderful time at Paul's place. The interior was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures. The location was perfect: in a more quiet, residential street, but close to shops and restaurants, the beach and the tram. We would love to return!

Very design house, impeccable practicality, excellent sunlight, beautiful porcelain slices and different flavors in each room are full of details, delicious Italian chain coffee and supermarket at the door, you can walk to the sea at any time every day. The lady who received us from the arrival at the station was always ready to let us stay in the house in advance, various check-in instructions and the use of the house were very detailed, a very warm trip!

Cozy accommodation faithful to the photos, I had a very nice weekend at Frédéric's. Self check-in is very convenient, even if I found the check-in and check-out times a little too rigid. Communication was simple Via message and Frédéric very responsive. I recommend this rental 👍

Listing as described. It is clean and well-equipped. Exterior lighting is missing so we couldn't enjoy the terrace. Lots of co-ownership rules that we weren't aware of. The owners of the other properties are not very nice, we had remonstrations at the pool (we were talking about being too loud). The agents of the Serrendy agency are very available and nice.

Very nice flat, fully matching the description and pictures, with a nice sea view. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Estelle was very responsive to all our enquiries and we were warmly welcome by Jean-Luc. Everything was perfect.
