Out of all the places I’ve stayed on Airbnb, Keiko’s place stands out for so many reasons. First, the design is simply stunning—efficient yet spacious, with a beautiful loft-style layout and soft, inviting colors. The location is perfect, with the best local spots and top tourist attractions just around the corner. But what truly sets this stay apart is Keiko’s incredible hospitality. She has thought of every possible need, and it’s clear she’s always finding ways to make the experience even better. Staying here isn’t just a recommendation—it’s a must.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Cheerful, clean space, accommodates 4 people with ease. A 90's house well maintained, with direct access to the market within a few minutes. The exterior door leads to a common hollow, where to the right is the AirBnB apartment and on the left climbs a staircase to the owner's house. Parking with a little searching is relatively easy to find, the house is on a lane with minimal traffic. Keep in mind that because the house is on the ground floor, the signal on your mobile phone will have reduced performance, using free WiFi, however, this is relatively manageable.

This ground floor apartment is a very convenient place to have as a base to explore Athens. The walking distance to the Metro station is max 10 minutes, and it is a pleasant walk through the main street, that has many small scale shops, no major chains. From the metro station it is super easy to get to the center. Also Piraeus is very nearby. By car just a few minutes, by bus or tram maybe 10-15 Minutes. You can easily get to Glyfada, to the beaches and the whole South coast, as there are many busses and tram connections. The apartment is cosy, a lot of effort has been put into making it homely. A small downside is that it is a bit dark, not much daylight, but since we were out a lot it didn't bother us. There is a super market around the corner and many restaurants and coffee places nearby. We loved our stay here

We had a wonderful stay in that little, very well renovated apartment. The garden with its view over Athens is unbeatable and the small room upstairs is very charming! The apartment has a lovely and well maintained atmosphere and offers a kitchen and bathroom with everything a family needs. Even binoculars! The bed downstairs maybe is a little small for two adults and the room has no air conditioning, which for october is fine but still a bit warm. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a bed with a very firm mattress. We liked the area a lot, it’s quiet (though a primary school is next door) and we loved to sit on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the little garden! With metro and a little walk you can easily reach it after your adventures down in Athens! Gianni and his lovely mom gave us very warm welcome and showed us everything! Also he was very helpful with any questions we had. We recommend this home away from home and would definitely come back!

If you are having a hard time trying to figure out where to stay like I was, not knowing the area, you can not go wrong with Steven’s cave! The photos don’t do it justice! Beautiful historic place ( there is even a giant stone block/bench that is from the acropolis right outside the door!) with everything thing you would need and the location really can’t be beat. It is a 5 min walk to the acropolis entrance, and 10-15 to everything else. Cafes and restaurants are within 2 min with some nightlife, cozy restaurants and shops, while being slightly off the beaten path and so peaceful. The Neigbor directly across is a very sweet lady who sells handmade jewelry and a few other things. Steven is very kind, responsive and proactive that you feel at home. It is old Greece mixed with new and I highly recommend you stay here!

Great space with lots of style we had a great time

It was really nice to stay at Kosta's! The location is great - close to Psyri and in a walking distance from a lot of things to do. We didn't need to use public transportation at all, except upon arrival and depture. The house was cozy and welcoming and nice snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was very cute. The upstairs neighbours were pretty noisy. Every days they played a lot of instruments and dragged a lot of furniture. On the weekend it was until very late at night and in the middle of the week until around 11 at night.

Great appartement and perfect location. The patio is amazing. Very communicative host who was really helpful.

We loved staying at Iason’s place — it is a lovely oasis in the hustle and bustle of central Athens. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated with antiques from Greece and beyond, and is wrapped by a huge, plant-filled balcony that is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. There are also lots of great bars, restaurants and outdoor cinemas near by, and Iason has written an excellent guide to the local area that will also give you sense of the city’s history. He is an especially kind and welcoming host; on arrival we were greeted with delicious pastries and iced tea and any questions we had throughout our one week stay were answered very quickly. If you’re coming to Athens and are tired of the cookie cutter aesthetic of built-for-Airbnb apartments, stay here!

We had a very nice time in Barbara's apartment in Athens, everything was wonderfully accessible on foot, from the roof terrace you could see the Acropolis, many good restaurants were nearby. Barbara was always easily accessible and helped us with inquiries. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to experience the old town on foot in Athens.

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

Maria's place is a true diamond. The surroundings of Gazi have a lot to offer, the flat is very charming and the roof terrace is just amazing. Great restaurant reccomendation by Maria complemented my experience to make it the perfect stay.

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

quiet location. A bakery and small stores in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and stylishly furnished. Nice kitchen equipped with some appliances, bedroom with double bed and closet. Bathroom a bit small, but perfectly adequate for 1-2 people, with large shower. Only the parking possibilities especially with larger cars is a big challenge. But you can park "just around the corner" in a parking garage for 8€ a night.

The apartment is very comfortable! Panagiotis was always attentive and predisposed. We had an inconvenience with the heating and washing machine and he solved it instantly. The location is ideal if you are looking for tranquility and proximity to tourist areas, you can rest excellent since the accommodation is very quiet. I definitely recommend it!

I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout my stay. Laertis and Sofia went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the metro station, acropolis museum, Syntagma Square, Acropolis of Athens and so much more. Overall, i had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Laertis, and Sofia’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

The terrace is terrific and the view from the little balcony on the opposite side of the place too. ‘Tiny’ the place is but I didn’t feel it lacked anything I needed in my short stay.

We were generally satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us everything important in and around the apartment. Only downside, the apartment is on Riviera street and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owners are absolutely recommended.

You will have the patio at 7 and 8th floor, which is taller than most surrounding buildings. Good view to the Acropolis but lack of lights on the 8th floor. Need to walk narrow stairs to enter the apartment so I won’t recommend those with big luggages. Also, I will recommend to arrive with day light you will find the place more lovely.
