It's all yours . Very Secluded .Country setting with views. Beautiful sunsets. Great for star gazing. WONDERFUL for a get away. No Cleaning deposit Tiny House. This house is 400 sq. feet. Very easy to be in. Our house sits in front of the Tiny house. Parking is in front of house. We live in a very rule area. We are a little over an hour from Yosemite. We set between two lakes Lake Don Pedro and Lake Mcclure. We have neighbors but not close There is a market close by and a Dollar General .

You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Quail Bell Cottage, near Yosemite & Kings Canyon.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (60 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). That being said, please read further to learn why there are so many photos of rattlesnakes in my listing. All good things come with inherent challenges...

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Close to everything the area offers when you stay at this centrally-located place! UC Merced is just under 4mi away, about a 7min drive; & 3 parks are within a few blocks. Yosemite National Park is only 68 miles away. On-site, relax in the Hot Springs spa; or, you may choose to use the jacuzzi bathtub in the master bath. The home is a corner property with shade trees, a fire pit sitting area, & even a tree swing. For those that like to read, there is a Free Little Libary onsite as well!

I would love to host your stay in North Merced. I want everyone to have a comfortable and safe place to stay. With the ease of digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking through the app, you will not need to interact with anyone in person. They each have a queen bed, a 40” television with DirecTV and a desk with chair. The living room has two couches that make into two double beds and a 65” television with DirecTV & DVD player. The Cottage includes a full kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, tableware and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees.
