Relax in Costa Brava Villa with family and/or friends in this comfortable and quiet accommodation. Just a 12 minute walk to the beach and 9 minutes to downtown Platja d 'Aro. Located in a good residential area, there is this beautiful house renovated in 2022. The house has 5 bedrooms (4 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds)and 3 full bathrooms. Pool, air conditioning, soccer goal, trampoline, bbq, parking, alarm and everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation.

Apartament molt ben situat, a 150 m del centre i a 400 m de la platja. Zona molt tranquil·la, fins i tot en ple estiu, ideal per descansar amb l'avantatge d'estar a prop de tot. Aparcament gratuït a 50 metres. Aire condicionat. Wifi. Netflix Terrassa de 60 m2, amb taula i cadires i tres gandules per relaxar-se. Altura de la terrassa no aconsellable per nens petits. Apartament amb tot allò que necessites com a casa. Tovalloles de platja (4) i parasol. Gaudeix de l'estada !!

La casita del patio

the backyard house is the result of a dream. Located by the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is an immense dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. Private terrace overlooking a leafy margin overlooking the river. The solarium with clothesline above the house, the patio, the pool and barbecue, you will eventually share them with me.

Loft in rural setting with spectacular views

We offer to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views by taking a dip in the pool . The place is very quiet and the loft has nothing renovated while maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and open first floor with double bed. The patio is ideal for a breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

Unique accommodation in the heart of the Empordà, very close to the most beautiful beaches and villages in the area. Guest apartment with independent entrance from the street. With two floors, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor. Garden, pool and barbecue are shared with the main estate (property owners) The space is suitable for two adults. Not suitable for children or babies.

Nice house with garden. Ideal for cycling.

This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family! You have everything you need to enjoy, beach, mountain and the impressive round paths that line the coastline of the Brava coast as well as its beautiful medieval villages. House is located in one of them, it has a wonderful 12th century castle. We have a supermarket 50m and the beach just three km away. ideal for lovers of road or mountain biking. There are numerous routes.

CASA ROCCA ARTE Beautiful Unique Apartment

Enjoy the simplicity of this special and central home. A newly renovated apartment has a living room with full kitchen including a dishwasher. From a room with a very comfortable double bed,also from a modern en-suite bathroom with shower. Really a very cozy apartment. It has a large garden with several areas such as outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, garden table in a really nice environment. Unique experience.
