The apartment was clean, looked exactly like the photos and was super equipped. From small things like a new cleaning set for the kitchen with sponge etc. and hand soap and shower room to a drying rack, iron, vacuum cleaner, everything was there. Even laundry pods for the washing machine were ready. There were small problems with the stove upon arrival, but both the management company and Fernando himself were always available and wanted to take care of it, which was then no longer necessary because it had resolved on its own. In the days before Christmas, Canyamel is extinct, you have to be aware of this, so the restaurants and shops were also closed with a few exceptions. It was good that the air conditioning also heats as I had fears that it could be too cold in the apartment in the evening and at night, but that worked very well. From the terrace you can see the sunrise wonderfully, the beach is 2 minutes away.

Lovely place for a few relaxing days in Mallorca - The place captivates with the views and location. In Cala Millor you can also find everything you need in the winter time. Just around the Exke there is a shop with the most important groceries and a few minutes' walk there are larger shops. Even in the winter time, some restaurants were open. The property can accommodate two adults with one to two children. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need with a large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is large enough with a pleasant shower. The bedroom offers a large comfortable bed and a wardrobe. The living room with table and sofa and beautiful views fits perfectly. We would come back. Thank you Toni!

The Airbnb has exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than in the photos! The view was fantastic and the apartment clean and well appointed. In the surrounding area there is also everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants,...) and the place is perfect for resting and walking. Martina was also always available and very helpful. Thank you so much I hope we will come back soon!

We had a very pleasant stay in Mallorca, the location is great and the weather was very pleasant for a month of January.

Spent 9 nights at Gardenia apartment, everything was just as described and pictured. We were made very welcome by Denise & David who met us on arrival and talked us through everything we needed to know. The position of the apartment could not be more ideal for us with Maria's bar and bus stop across the road, the beach at the bottom of the road, Cala Bona & Harbour off to the left and Cala Millor & shops off to the right what more could you ask. The closeness of the apartment to the pool with the advantage of the terrace with sunbeds was very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Cala Bona.

We are satisfied. The offer is very fair, as described by the host, it's a simple apartment near the beach. We can see it's the "grandparent's" apartment, so nothing fancy, but fair and has all you need for the stay. As seen in some other reviews, the area is quite busy with traffic and live music from the restaurant near, but you can live with that. The ceiling fans do a good job as there is no A/C, just make sure to close the glass windows in the morning and open in the evening, to keep the hot air outside.

Sebastiana was a super friendly and helpful host. She welcomed us right upon arrival and explained everything important to us and gave recommendations for the area. Also, everything was clean and nicely decorated. The restaurants and promenade of Cala Rajada were super quick to reach on foot. The location of the apartment was really top. Beautiful sandy beaches (San Moll and Cala Agulla) were also not far away. Overall highly recommended!

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

We returned to an area we know well so knew what to expect. We had a lovely stay and Claudia was a great host.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

Great place, quiet and very close to old town. Apartment is very nice and big, two terraces. Great host.

We had a great stay at Inken's. The apartment is in a great location, with plenty of parking, walking distance to downtown and numerous restaurants all around. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and there was a lot of space for both of us.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Seemingly as described. The location is ideal, you can do anything on foot. The residence is impeccable and very well maintained. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a great holiday in a very cute village.

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were always available for us. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. Parking on site was great. The kitchen was equipped with spices and water as standard. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. In the meantime, a third friend visited us for a few days, also clarifying and organizing this was not an issue. The pool and outdoor facilities were amazing. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all corners of the island.
