Cozy apartment of 68 m2, with a large terrace with table tennis table, swimming pool and community space. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Parking included. Located 50 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the centre by pedestrian zone. Well cared for, lots of light and everything outside except bathrooms. Ideal for families and couples. A 2-minute walk from the city hall, the tourist office, the shopping and dining area: Vienna, McDonalds and others...

Lovely apartment in front of the sea. It's placed in the city center and the views of the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols are fantastic. It has been renovated in 2019. This apartment is an open-concept space, with kitchen, living-room and private terrace. There is a private double bedroom and private bath with shower. All the house has a lot of natural light and you cans see the beach and the sea from the living-room, the kitchen and the bedroom. WIFI included in the price HUTG-042923

Fully equipped studio with private entrance. Double bed. Shower/toilet. Kitchen with fridge, sink and hob. Access is via stairs (not suitable for wheelchairs). The studio is a part of a big Masia located in the village of Ullastret. A great starting point for walks and cycling rides to explore the nearby villages.
