Nice and cozy apartment renovated and located in the heart of Salou, next to Plaza Europa and about 300 meters from the main beach (Platja Llevant). It is located in a fantastic area to come all year round due to its proximity to Port Aventura,Ferrari Land and the Caribbean Aquatic Park ; which is just 12 minutes walk and 5 minutes from the promenade which is pedestrian and surrounded by palm trees, colourful fountains,shops,restaurants,bars and all kinds of leisure for an ideal holiday.

Apartment 110 m , fully equipped , seafront , direct access to the beach , 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms , equipped kitchen , jacuzzi , terrace , pool. shared garden , air conditioning , wi-fi , Netflix , Prime Video , garage , playground , elevator , log fire , etc… 15 minutes to Port Aventura , Ferrari Land and Aquapark Costa Caribe. Close to many restaurants but in a calm and quiet place. Barcelona airport is just over one hour away. The swimmimg pool is open from June 1 until October 31.

Frontline of Cala Crancs beach, 15 minutes from downtown Salou, 5 minutes from La Pineda, 15 minutes from Port Aventura World, 20 minutes from Reus Airport and 20 minutes from Tarragona. 1 hour from the town of Barcelona. It has a pool and direct access to the beach. Community playground. Note: July and August reservations will be at least 5 nights.
