Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa de la Arena

The apartment was really clean and modern. Everything worked flawlessly, and if you had any questions, Enrique responded quickly and was very friendly. I can warmly recommend the apartment, the only downside is that the apartment is located a little far from the city center and requires fitness if you mainly move on foot. However, a taxi costs about 7e from the city to the apartment!

Sergei and Viktorija were fabulous hosts. Their apartment was everything we wanted in a great location with excellent views from the balcony. We will definitely return.

Great apartment that looks the same as on the pictures. The balcony is great! The sofa bed is also very comfortable and fast internet is available, so you can work comfortably on site. There was also a giant TV. There is plenty of parking in front of and below the Edificio Lourdes. Great was also the washing machine and detergent with enough space to dry on the balcony. Only the water pressure in the shower is to be criticized, so washing hair takes a little longer - but is also not tragic. And check-in was a bit tricky because there were different lockboxes and codes in the descriptions. But then got it done :)

We really enjoy our stay at the apartment. While the pictures are accurate, I think it actually looks nicer in person. It's very well located with easy access to the motorway and the towns and villages in Costa Adaje and there is plenty of parking less than a minutes walk away. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tenerife, I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Boris!

This is a perfect apartment if you want to stay long term or just a short break We stayed for three weeks and it was perfect The apartment was pristine with every appliance you would need it is at the end of a cul de sac so it’s very quite It is within walking distance to the waterfront and there are two supermarkets within 250 metres and numerous restraints close by We would definitely stay here again Paul and Ingrid were perfect hosts

Lovely apartment, exactly as expected. Inga and Ingrid were both very helpful and responsive. Also arranged a pickup from the airport and an early check-in. We have re-booked for next year.

The place was very nice, spacious, and clean. Especially the terrace was great and very large. There was almost everything you needed. The use of the pool area was really great and also offered nice shade spots for our babies. Unfortunately, there is currently a construction site directly opposite which makes a lot of noise and is noisy and the proximity to the airport can also be heard, as there is the flight path there. We were not really aware when booking that there is no sandy beach within walking distance so you definitely need a car, even for shopping you have to drive something (there are only very small grocery stores nearby) All in all, I would go there again.

A beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment within a small, quiet and well maintained complex. The kitchen was well extremely equipped and everything you could wish for was provided. A lovely patio led onto the pool area where sun beds and parasols were available. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. There was a good choice of restaurants and supermarkets close by. A short 15min. walk down the hill brought you to the seafront and the hustle and bustle of Los Christianos.

Good value for money! Filiberto's apartment is spacious, cozy, clean, and functional. This area was perfect for us because we appreciate the tranquility as well as the nature and sights of North Tenerife. Filiberto is a kind and helpful gentleman.

Everything was really perfect, except for the sound insulation of the walls. If you have noisy neighbors, you feel like they're in the same room as you.

We had a great stay at the house. The outside area is very spacious, overlooking orange trees and very relaxing to just be there. Communication was great as well.

We loved our stay! The apartment was sparkling clean, huge and cozy. Perfect place for relaxing stay. We felt like home immediately. The place is bigger, than it appears in photos, the kitchen is well equipped, very cozy terrace. Apartment is located in a calm street, the beach is very close. Very comfortable private garage. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind, making our vacation even better. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say it’s the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. All the furniture is of good quality beds very comfortable as was the sofa . we traveled light with just cabin bags so we really appreciated the shampoo,body wash and conditioner in both bathrooms. I would recommend having a car to get out and about few bars and restaurants close by or walk along the coast to San Blas and Los Abrigos or a drive to El Medano .los Abrigos we had some fantastic food one restaurant we were in had a set three course menu for €15. pp We had padron peppers ,prawns and fresh local fish. Amazing holiday highly recommend

We really loved staying at Darius's place! It was perfect for our family of four. There was sunshine on either side of the house: morning coffee at the front garden and afternoon relaxation at the balcony. The area is super quiet, I just loved the birds singing. The pool was just few steps from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and clean and Darius was really friendly and responsive host. I hope we are able to come back soon!

We had a great time here - 6 adults and a 2 year old. The flat was spacious and well appointed and we didn't feel crowded at all. We ate in around half the time and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery so you weren't waiting for the dishwasher to finish which can be a problem with a larger group. The area is lovely. 10-15 mins to the sea and great for a seaside walk and then back to the apartment for a swim in the pool. Plenty of towels and some pool toys. We ate out on the front patio with lovely views across the park to the base of Teide. Restaurants and reasonably good supermarkets close by. Communication was good and a generous check out time extended on request to 13.30 Would certainly recommend

First time I’ve stayed in Amarillo Golf , it’s very quiet and peaceful, loved the apartment and the host Simone was always there on hand and very helpful, the Apartment has two balconies which are a very good size , you get the sun all day which is lovely, I will definitely be booking this place again. impeccable accommodation, very well equipped.

Alessia was great during our stay. She met us on arrival even though we were delayed and showed us to the apartment, she did the same on our departure even though it was early on a Saturday morning. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped, it's a stones throw away from the pool and has a small children's play park directly outside. The area is quiet but has supermarkets, bars and restaurants readily available. There's also a local bus that drops in Playa de Las Americas. We had a great stay for the week and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway! Thanks Alessia!

We have taken a family trip and Jonay has facilitated everything, a perfect place with everything you need to spend an incredible vacation, very new, very clean, very large, with a lot of menu , no lack of any detail.

We had a great stay and the apartment is perfect. Well located near the airport and not far to drive to the more well known locations in the south.
