Beachfront holiday rentals in Playa El Tunco

I stayed here with my husband and our two young kids. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The neighborhood was very safe. The private beach was an easy walk from the house and the drive to El Tunco beach was short. Otto was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again and will recommend to others!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this villa. It was the perfect size for the three of us. We were able to enjoy the pool and keep cool, and also enjoy the AC in the rooms when it would get too hot outside. The host also had some great recommendations to do around town. The beach walkable 3 minutes away and it was easy to uber and get around town. The host was very friendly! We can’t wait to be back!

Perfect place, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great pool, lots of space around, close to grocery stores and close to highway going to San Salvador about 40 minute drive. Close to other beaches to like El Zonte, El Tunco, etc.

Christina was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which we really appreciated. There were a few minor issues, though. There were no hair dryers available, and some of the towels had slight stains and didn’t smell as fresh as we expected. Additionally, we couldn’t lock the main gate, which made us feel slightly unsafe. Since the property is surrounded by nature, encountering wildlife is expected. We found a scorpion near the pool and a large spider in the bathroom, which had remained closed throughout our stay. If you’re not a fan of insects and small critters, keep in mind that bugs were quite common, and we even had a nightly visit from an adorable little raccoon! On the plus side, PedidosYa now delivers from major restaurants like Pizza Hut, and the drivers had no trouble finding the place. Despite the minor inconveniences, we had an overall good stay!

We had a great time with friends at your residence. The outdoor space was a favorite for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and tranquil, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to nearby neighborhoods for more entertainment. We'd come back if we had a chance!

This is a beautiful ranch! The house is in a very peaceful area right on the beach. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Both the beds and the bedding were new. The caretaker Omar and Susana were very attentive and friendly. This house was very spacious and has a beautiful kitchen along with an amazing pool. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful ranch!

We stayed for two nights and brought the kids and the dog. Dona Cande and Don Pablo were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Guillermo provided us a lovely house and made the process easy. Great pool and the beach is right there! Awesome place to stay!

Our stay at this beautiful home in El Salvador was perfect fresh Mountain air and easy Beach access. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host. Myrna was incredible welcoming and responsive . and the caretaker. Chele was very welcoming and always available when we needed assistance, the property was spotless and They ensure we had everything we needed .whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation. This place is perfect. can’t wait to go back.

Very nice home, we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have wanted, given it was our last days in the country so we were out and about during the day. The little time we did spend there was great. Beach is beautiful, the kids really enjoyed the pool. And the views are impeccable. Margarito was very polite, very friendly recommended a delicious restaurant walking distance. A place I will definitely visit again soon.

Dinora’s place was great! The only thing better was her kindness and hospitality! We loved walking to the nearby restaurant and beach. It was also great to be able to enjoy the outdoor living area and her pool! Also, Isaiahs was always available to help us with the couple needs we had and was so kind as well. Even with our bad Spanish! I recommend you spending some time here and enjoying Atami for sure. I’m glad we did!

Beautiful place to stay! Great pool, gorgeous house, cozy, hammocks, friendly caretaker. A 1 minute walk to the beach. Location is good because you can reach sunset park with a short drive. We loved it!

It was an oasis! Driving through the gate you are greeted to a hidden oasis of perfectly manicured green lawn, tropical flowers, palm trees and at the centre of it all, a modern home. The house was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. It was fresh and clean with an all white theme and pops of colour in beautiful art work. Beds were comfortable. The master was spacious and could easily accommodate a family of 4. Ada was very responsive before our arrival and Raoul took care of us during our stay. He greeted us with fresh coconut drinks and was always floating around the property to answer any questions. My only issue was out of control of the owners. At high tide the beach was very steep. We enjoy taking long walks so we had to wait until low tide to have hard flat walking surface. At low tide you also get to see all the shells! The water was beautifully warm but undertow and rip tides are important to learn about before you go swimming. All in all, it was a lovely stay!

This place was amazing. I am from Elsalvador and wanted to venture out more. My family and I stayed here and it was a great experience. I did not want to leave. The view, atmosphere, pool, beach all was beautiful and amazing. The Host made it feel like Home. She was the sweetest person, and helped us with anything we needed with a smile on their face. Elsalvador is beautiful the culture is beautiful. And this is a perfect place to stay. The host always made sure our rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The host washed our clothes, and made us feel at home. I will definitely book with them again. If you go in November to April, it will look even more beautiful since that is the summer time In Elsalvador. Thank you for such a great experience.

Stunning, glorious, truly a diamond in the rough. My heart is full after the surf and mission trip where we were fortunate to stay at this beautiful location… We will be back the house, caretaker and host along side of Angie. The host for all my communication was absolutely out of this world. I have a huge appreciation and heart towards both of them and their families. God bless them and thank you for this beautiful gift. We will always treasure. I will be adding this location to my peaceful place in my mind forever and ever.

Perfect What we’re Looking For

Nice place . No hot water (not needed if the climate is right) Exactly what is described . Happy we stayed here. The pool is a huge plus when you don’t want to go to the beach or have kids that’s want to play in the water. Simple Entry and simple exit process.

The facilities and the place were perfect, Princela who was in charge of our arrival was attentive to us from start to finish, in case we needed anything. We felt at home. Perfect Lugar para Escape de la Ciudad
