Adrien’s place is STUNNING! We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning to stay again soon! The view is incredible and the property is very well taken care of. Rogelio is one of the kindest hosts and he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The kitchen is well stocked, the beach is quiet and pristine, and the internet is very strong. It is truly the perfect place to relax with family or work remotely. We also loved watching the iguanas all day! I cannot wait to come back again!

Yasir place was exactly as described. We enjoyed our 3 days there. It is very hot on the balcony in the afternoon. I was surprised that shampoo and soap were not supplied but we just picked up some. The only real negative was the floors were filthy. It appeared that someone had mopped the floor with a very dirty mop. The rest of the condo was very clean. The common space was very nice as well.

10/10 Location!! The location of casa Divi Divi is just amazing. Is not just close to the beach but the beach is part of the backyard due to its private beach entrance. The pool and the backyard were pristine clean. It's quiet, peaceful and beautiful. 10/10 Amenities When it comes to amenities, you won't need anything. The house is fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies you'll need. You have from pans (all sizes) to an Air Fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc. We brought our spices but they had that at the house too. The bathrooms are well equipped. And if you forgot something there are 2 mini markets nearby (2-3 mins drive) 10/10 Communication. Roy was very responsive from the minute the reservation was made. Very proactive and always responsive throughout the whole experience. Jessica greets you at the house and she takes the time and patience to let you know where is everything and the "how" of everything. 100% recommended if you are looking for a beach retreat in PTY

We had a great stay at Petra’s! The house looks exactly like the pictures and it’s really cozy! Great mattress and pillows, also it was spotless clean! The kitchen has everything you need and we also appreciated the convenience of having a new stove/oven and wash and dryer. We really enjoyed that we could choose between gas or charcoal “parrilla” considering that my partner is Uruguayan, he was literally in heaven! We loved our morning walks around the complex with our pets and the option of walking to the beach. The backyard is the place where stayed the most during our stay and it’s super relaxing! The beach club is nice and pet friendly but if you prefer to stay at the swimming pool in the complex, it’s literally a 1 minute walk! Communication with Petra and Andres was really easy and they were both super responsive! We can’t wait to go back and stay for another couple of days at Petra’s!!!

Our family vacation at this place was absolutely perfect! The property had everything we needed and more. The pools were stunning, and the view of the ocean from the pool area was simply breathtaking. It made for the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Diego, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He provided great recommendations for local grocery stores, surfing schools, and even reliable taxi services, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hassle-free and unforgettable getaway!

Yasbely was a super reactive host who dropped by immediately to sort out very minor issues with the ventilation and the barbecue. The house has practically everything you could possibly need for a fully self-catered stay. The deep, refreshing plunge pool in the garden was definitely our favorite feature! Thoroughly recommend for a longer term stay in the San Carlos/Coronado area.

Sergio has spoiled us for future hosts. His response time is truly amazing. Never more than 30 minutes and usually we received an immediate response. He is your own personal concierge! The house and the grounds were stunning and had everything you needed on hand. Loved it!!

Very comfortable apartment and full of many details. It is very comfortable and quiet. For the beach if you have to walk 5 minutes or get off by car. Very nice pools, a very special place.

My stay exceeded my wildest expectations. My condo was on the second floor, overlooking the swimming pool, and facing the Pacific Ocean. The views from the rooftop pool are spectacular! The architecture up there made for some interesting and awesome pictures, for sunrises and sunsets. Go up there when a storm is coming, I took a video of pelicans flying below. Very nice gymnasium, which I used often. If you want extra cardio and leg work, use the 24 flights of stairs to get up there.

This place was perfect for our intergenerational family vacation. It was such a luxury to have the entire space to ourselves- the pool, the kitchen and dining area, the basketball hoop, the private beach. Even though the tide was too strong to swim, we enjoyed walks on the beach, and even in the rain we’re able to enjoy the pool and playing games together (darts, dominoes, etc). Hawaii’s communication was exceptional— answering my many questions within minutes with kindness, and the onsite person was super helpful, taking us to local food spots, cutting open coconuts, and helping in any way needed. Really lovely time.

From the moment we walked in to Elennay's home, we felt relaxed. The space is modern, very well-decorated with furniture and accent pieces - definitely FELT like we were at the beach and on vacation! The kitchen is super-modern and spotless and included everything we needed to make wonderful meals and snacks. We loved being able to open the window at night and listen to the waves - amazing! When I had questions about anything, either Carlos or Elennay responded right away. We loved the pools, walking on the beach, meeting other tenants/visitors, and just relaxing. I would highly recommend Elennay's home and would definitely come back. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!!

The house is spacious, comfortable and well located, which guarantees a pleasant stay. However, the presence of aggressive dogs that are locked in the yard of the house can be escaped and poses a risk if guests are pets. It's an important detail to consider to improve the experience and safety. After all, I loved the house.

This location in Rio Mar was amazing. We had responsive hosts who took care of us. It is close to shopping, especially if you have a car. It was 3 minutes to a 24 hour pharmacy and other food shops and gas station. It was only 30 minutes to El Valle de Anton. The beaches were perfect and you could walk from the room to the beach in 5 minutes. The luxurious pools were very well maintained and there was lots to do for the kids and adults. The restaurant onsite would deliver food to you if wanted. There is also a spa and a great gym. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was excellent, along with games for kids and TV in the main room and master bedroom with Netflix. The internet worked great also. The staff onsite was friendly and helpful. This was a 5 star vacation all the way around. You can't go wrong with renting this place in Rio Mar!

I would recommend the condo any time! we were truly sad to have to leave to come back home ! It makes you want to move to Panama! If and when we’ll come back to Panama, that will be the place to stay for us 💯!

This is the second time I have come and we really like the house, it is very cozy and cute. The hosts are very nice and flexible.

I stayed for 10 nights in mid-December and very much enjoyed my stay. Short 5-minute walk to the beach and everything was pretty much as described. Thank you!

This place is excellent. The host is excellent. But you must know one thing if you love your privacy. This place is a place of a 100% tech nerd. You are constantly monitored by a weird Nest system which you can’t shut off. I asked for, but it worked all the time. There is a electronic lock, which is not working properly when the batteries are empty. The batteries were empty when we were there. So it did not work at all. But it beeped after every entering 3-5 minutes. Worse, there is only one key as backup in a lockbox. So 2 persons are limited during their stay. Also not perfect. The place is completely „infested“ with advanced Bluetooth stuff and the radiation is all over the place. If you like this - perfect, but we don‘t. Even every nightstand is equipped with terrible USB ports! This place is covered by bad radiation and we had a really bad sleep - we measure our sleep. I didn‘t downvote this place, because it is a good place. But I hate this tech junk and won‘t therefore return.

Thank you, Enoch and Tere, for allowing us to stay at your home in Rio Hato. The property, the view, and nature all around us was absolutely gorgeous! And it was such a joy for my family to experience it on our vacation to Panama. The beds were clean and comfy. My kids appreciated the available pool floaties and games. We made lots of nice memories and hope to return again. Graciela and Eraclio were also super helpful and welcoming. Getting to the beach isn’t very intuitive, but Eraclio graciously led us down the path we have to reach to access it. I highly recommend this home for other families vacationing in the area. You won’t regret it!

A welcome stay for our family in a very spacious villa for 6 weeks while our boat was on dry dock for major repairs in Vista Mar Marina. Kids loved the swimming pool, there is enough space to do work and homeschooling and we also explored the surroundings (mountains, surf breaks, shopping malls etc) by taxi or rental car. Olga is a good host, responded very quick on every question we had. Sometimes there was no power (local problem) but it was often solved quickly. Highly recommended!!
