Holiday rentals in Playa Rincon

The location of this property is simply 10/10. We were the only ones staying in the complex during our stay so we had the pool and beach to ourselves. How can you beat a private beach right in front of the balcony? Impossible. Would definitely come back.

Yozara's place was so peaceful and clean. Its close to everything in the heart of Las Terrenas. I highly recommend 🩶 I really enjoyed my stay

Awesome stay for a pretty decent price. There’s an employee who lives nearby and can support you if any inconvenient arises and Jose is pretty responsive always on the app. The place is clean, a beautiful pool and no more than 12 minute drive to the town where all nice bars and restaurants are. It has everything as promised in the app (grill, a complete kitchen) and it’s very spacious and it’s only a 2 or 3 minute drive out of the Main Street to find it. Would definetely rent again for a stay in Terrenas. The pool and the facilities are amazing and spotless clean.

The place was just amazing, with an excellent location in the center of the town. I highly recommend this place to stay 🫶🏻 The communication was fluent and Reynaldo was kind and attentive all the time.

The project is very well located, the restaurant food is delicious (the pizzas 10/10). The apartment is super spacious, very well equipped. The extra maid service 10/10. Our super diligent host, at all times available. Definitely a place I would visit again.

Great small fully equipped apartment! Bathroom , 2 toilets. The hot tub worked perfectly and very pleasant. Ultra-functional kitchen. Air conditioning in bedroom. Shared pool available on the ground floor. Beach in Less than 5 minutes by car , 15 by foot. Camila was very responsive from the first exchanges and very accommodating. Ability to check in early if the apartment is available. Ask the front guards to show you the way if ever, very kind. Ability to wash laundry by leaving it to the housekeeper (about 250peso) . We had a car but there is one to rent on site directly! Or scooter or other. Ultra convenient, everything is very well thought out for a quiet stay. The work on the adjacent building didn't bother us as we were getting up early and leaving early. The idea is not to stay at the apartment all day!! I highly recommend it!

Sophie and Enzo’s place was perfect for my family’s stay. We were visiting Las Terrenas and needed a space that was large enough to accommodate us, and the space was great. The rooms were comfortable and the king beds were just what we needed after a long trip. The location was also perfect, only a 10-15 min drive from beaches and restaurants. We recommend this location for any large group wanting a great space to stay when visiting Las Terrenas.

What a great stay! The complex was beautiful and friendly neighbors. The apartment was so spacious! All of our guests had ample space and their own bathrooms which was a plus for our group of 4. Beds and pillows were so comfortable, AC unit in each bedroom was great! The complex had lost power once or twice while we were there but Marie responded quickly on giving instructions on turning on the generator. Location was so close to town but far enough to not be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. This location is perfect for families and I will absolutely return!
