Antonio's place is beautiful, well-equipped! Communication is awesome! The bed is great for sleeping! And Mercado is an 8min walk away! Very convenient And the beach 2 min away Anyway, I recommend the apartment!

An amazing apartment. Looks exactly likes pictures. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was very very clean. Bathroom very clean too. Ruben and Javi were amazing . I mentioned them that it's a surprise for my husband so they decorated the house which made it extra cute and special. 110% recommended. Thankyou Ruben and Javi. We will be back soon.

My parents and brother stayed in the apartment for a week and told me that they were very comfortable and that everything was very good, there was everything.

An excellent flat with all the required amenities including shower gel, toilet paper, coffee capsules, drying rack, etc. It’s located on a main road so a little noisy but with the windows closed it’s fine. The aircon works perfectly and there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There are washing facilities including washing powder tablets as well as a drying rack, iron and ironing board. Definitely the best-equipped flat we have been in. Easy access to the old town (20 mins walk) including the beautiful cathedral and citadel (La Alcazaba). Almería is a wonderful city to explore by foot from this flat -we hope to return some day 🤩

The apartment is next to the beach and with direct access to the pool, it has everything you need for a few days of rest, lots of kitchen utensils, towels even for the pool, sheets, even hammocks for the terrace, it is very well equipped, Susana took care of us at all times very kindly, very nice and helpful and Michel was also interested in messages to see if everything was correct, 100x100 recommended, the year I return to spend the summer in Roquetas we will certainly return to her apartment

A very warm welcome from Maria at 9 pm. It is a small but very practically furnished apartment on the 11th floor with a view of the sea directly on the promenade by the sea. It had everything it needed, the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very clean. The roof terrace is great. thank you Maria and Carlos

Magnificent apartment. Everything matches the photos and description. Very good location, very close to the beach, in a very quiet area. Loli's service was excellent, always available for anything we needed. To be repeated.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

We had very fluid communication with Veronica and Yolanda, always very attentive to us. The apartment is very well laid out with the size it has for about 4 people (there were 3 of us and we were very comfortable). It has a large terrace, a living room with a sofa bed and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (living room and bedroom have air conditioning), and a parking space. The concierge at the building's reception was always very nice to us regarding the questions we had. Overall it was a 10/10 stay, I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. A flat not very large, but very comfortable for 3 people. Very close to the beach and downtown. In addition, the floor was provided with details from the hosts (cleaning products, trash bags, teas, coffees, cold water bottles, etc). Yes, it is true that the neighborhood is a little neglected, but overall the stay was good. Very friendly both Irene and Tim. It's been a pleasure!!

The house has spectacular views and is 10 minutes from the beach. We have a few days at ease .

Maria's apartment was undoubtedly the cleanest we have found in a long time, everything was spotless both the rooms and the bathroom,kitchen,living room! We really liked it,we felt right at home! The area is very quiet and we really liked that! It is a very nice apartment with several pools including jacuzzi on the premises! Thank you very much to Maria and her daughter for being so kind and aware of everything at any time! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home! I recommend with all the confidence in the world and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in this casita in Almeria a few days and the truth was very good. The house was very clean, the host let us even before the apartment which is appreciated , I always kindly answer my questions or whatever questions I had quickly. The area was quite nice. We will definitely repeat 😀

It was a fantastic stay, the apartment was impeccable, with everything you need. It is very close to the beach, the views from the terrace are incredible with the sea in the background. The facilities are excellent. Vanessa has been an excellent host very kind and attentive to anything she needed.
