Enjoy the views and ocean breezes all day from all of your rooms and both of your balconies - this is the best of all locations! Walk right out of the building for quick access to the beach and pool. This property along with its sister property, Palmas De Cortez Resort, are recognized as 'The Place To Stay' in Los Barriles. We are located in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Los Barriles, Baja California Sur and within walking distance to shops, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Our Villa is approximately 1200 square feet with 2 balconies, 2 full bathrooms, and two main living areas (kitchen that is fully open to living room with queen size sofa pull out couch and master bedroom with king size bed). There is also a queen size automatic blow up air mattress and a small cot for additional sleep options. There is separate air conditioning in each room as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. An outdoor shower is provided for your return from the beach. It is perfect for families, friends or couples wishing to have separate sleeping quarters and their own private bathrooms. It is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops, marble floors and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment for the most creative cooks; including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking stove top, and Bosch washer and dryer. The Villa De Cortez complex has a Private Beach front Infinity Edge pool with swim up bar plus separate hot tub and small children's pool. The new restaurant is located between the Villa De Cortez and the Palmas De Cortez resorts. The food is excellent and you'll never beat the view!

Beautiful, large (1000 sqft) 2 bedroom 1 bathroom casita. Centrally located just above main street of town on a quiet, breezy hillside. Gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding mountains. Heated saltwater pool and palapa area are perfect for sunbathing, yoga, relaxing, etc. 5-10 minute walk to pristine beaches, restaurants, farmer's market, shops, yoga studios/gyms, fantastic vegetable market & grocery stores. The new Palmas de Cortez Pickleball Complex is a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful casita with direct beach access.

Well furnished casita steps from one of the best beaches in La Ventana. Easy beach access. As close as you can be without being beachfront. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Excellent wifi, gated and secure property with outdoor kitchen. Mini fridge and 43" smart TV for Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. 2 adults and 2 kids max. The palapa shares a common area with a yurt on the large, two lot property. Plenty of room with secure parking. Yurt can be rented too.
