Awesome! The studio is great for 2 people, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is perfect. We stayed in the main house last year with family and opted for the studio this time. Nick and his staff are friendly and helpful, and you can't go wrong staying here. We'll be back again.

My wife and I love this place. This is the second time we stayed here in the last two years. This is our go to BnB when we stay in Tamarindo. Ana is amazing and is so helpful when things dont work or if you have questions. 10/10 place!

Great spot! We loved the studio and the beach club. The place was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Diana was quick to answer any questions we might have. Would love to be back eventually!

These guys did a great job, great location and proactive on the communication. Found the place no problem, had assistance checking in. Parking was on the street which can be sparse, but the location is right on the beach in the middle of everything. Felt safe. I stayed here with my sister, but feel like this is great value especially if you had 4 people. Gracias.

We came here for a week for work, and we could not have been happier with our experience. The home was beautiful, the location is great, the views are amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful, we never ever ran into anybody who wasn’t extremely helpful and friendly. Flamingo is a much smaller and quieter area, but definitely still has things to do and places to go and eat. Arun was incredibly responsive and very helpful, I will absolutely go here again.

This apartment is very comfortable and offers an awesome view! It’s just a quick, easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The walk back up the hill can be a bit challenging, but it’s manageable (you can also leave your car at the bottom and drive up at the end of the day if preferred). The apartment had all the essentials, but lacked a few extras like coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Overall, we had a great stay, and Paula was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with!

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again. The house is in the perfect location- a short walk to town and just steps from the beach. We also all fell in love with Missy. She is the sweetest dog. The owners are very responsive to any questions. They met us there to check in and even messaged me with restaurant and grocery store recommendations.

Had a fantastic stay in the Tamarindo area thanks to Jake! His place was exactly as listed, and being so near the beach never gets old. While the house is on the edge of town, there are enough restaurants within walking distance that we never felt too far from things, and it's easy enough to drive if need be. Would happily stay here again!

This place was absolutely perfect for our surfing trip!! Private beach access, beautiful yard looking out to the ocean and spacious home. The hostess was responsive and communicative and very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. I hate to write this review as I don’t want anyone else to know about the place as I would like to keep it to ourselves next year. ☺️. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Absolutely a wonderful place and wonderful hosts!!

The location was fantastic. We were just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and we also felt safe walking to and from restaurants at night. Kenneth was a great host. He met us upon arrival and was very reponsive to our questions and concerns. We did find some ants appearing in the evening. He as very apologetic and he came and sprayed for us at a mutually agreeable time. Two items of note: 1. The bathroom sink/ toilet area is quite small to move around in, but the shower is large. 2. The kitchen sink water doesn't get very hot so you have to supplement with hot water from the tea kettle. Everything was presented accurately and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Pipa! The home was exactly as advertised. Iris was so easy to work with; helped with dinner reservations. Excellent guide/resource book emailed prior to arrival. Manfred the local house manager was so nice to work with, orient us to the home, and make us feel welcome immediately. We enjoyed Manfred's homemade pastries; so delicious! The home is very clean and comfortable. We found the beds and pillows very comfortable. So private and the private beach access was just magical! Was so nice to go through the gate, walk a beautiful little forest path, to find the amazing beach and Pacific ocean!!! Any questions; answered immediately. Just a total chill place for ultimate relaxation while being able to walk the neighborhood and enjoy the lovely small restaurants and market. We didn't rent a car and didn't feel the need for one. Our driver brought us to the supermarket before our arrival so we had everything we needed; the home, pool, beach!! Thank you!!!

Beautiful house, very spacious, clean, with everything you need. Air conditioning in rooms and living room, and also extra fans to not feel warm. Magnificent bath towels, which really dry and large, as you want them. Accommodation with a very good location close to commerce and beaches; but at the same time private and quiet. Very safe place. Very attentive and clear host in the directions. An excellent stay. 100% recommended. Thank you so much!!!!

We really enjoyed the stay in the house, it has everything you need, the pool and the ranch we loved it. The place is very nice and quiet, Lis was always attentive to us and was on the lookout. We look forward to coming back in the future. As a plus, they left us a kit with basic things that in the end was very useful because I had to apply a medicine to a family member and we did not have alcohol, that detail seemed very important and it was the first time I saw it on an Airbnb. 20/10 our rating for this place.

A very spacious house, in an excellent location. The beach is a beautiful and the sunsets are magical. Ideal to go with family and children. Close to everything, but at the same time super private. Would come back without hesitation

Ron is a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach in front of the home was so peaceful and beautiful, and it’s a close drive to other lovely beaches as well. Inside was well appointed & the AC worked perfectly in every room. The sunset views from the patio were definitely something my family will always remember! Book Ron’s place… you won’t regret it!

My wife, our friend and I spent a wonderful 5 nights in Brandon's lovely condo in Playa Flamingo. Brandon's home was very well-located, comfortable and fun, and Brandon was very helpful and responsive. We can't say enough about Playa Flamingo. It's got modern touches, like several great restaurants within walking distance, and it's also a great jumping-off point for visiting other towns and beaches. We're already missing the fabulous views from the balcony, relaxing at the beautiful and comfortable pool, and our walks and swims on lovely Play Flamingo!

This is fantastic place - we'd happily move-in permanently if we could! A beautiful view, nicely decorated, super clean and in a great location. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Ray was also a really great host, which made the experience even better. We look forward to going back!

Really great location just steps from Playa Flamingo. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful views from the balconies and all of the necessary equipment was easily available to us in the space. Would definitely stay here again.

"Wonderful Stay in a Charming Apartment in Playa Portreo!" We had a fantastic time staying in Jesse and Sebastian's lovely apartment. It was exactly as described and even more charming in person. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we especially loved the spacious balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Jesse and Sebastian were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive to our questions and provided helpful tips for exploring the area, including recommendations for the best local food spots. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Playa Portreo. I hope this helps!

Lovely slice of paradise Sean has. Gorgeous view. We often walked down to the beach. Just outside his front door are steps. 2 flights down is ground level and 2-300 feet ahead is the beach. To the far left and right are rock outcroppings which I found meditative to sit on and watch the waves “crash” onto. Sean is consistently quickly responsive - and a nice guy! For restaurants Coco Loco and the long Playa Flamingo beach in front of it has a great vibe and quite good food. It’s not large so you may need to wait several minutes. Sunset there is stupendous. We also loved Tandor, in town. Pretty evident why it’s rated 4.9.

We recently stayed at this lovely condo and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms had all the essentials. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions and walking steps to the beach! Dave (the owner) was beyond understanding when our flight got canceled due to the recent runway issues (cannot thank him enough!) He was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, making the process seamless. Suzanne, the property manager, was also extremely helpful and even went above to give us spots to check out around the area. The condo also offered great amenities, including fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. I truly felt at home here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. Again, we Cannot thank Dave and Suzanne enough!!
