The apartment is on the second floor of the Altamar 2 building and has a breathtaking ocean view. It is suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has exclusive parking. We are 5 minutes away from the shopping mall. The direct exit to the beach is perfect for morning walks along the beach. We have covered places on the beach that can be used for various activities. IMPORTANT: Due to the gated community policy, only guests without criminal records will be accepted.

First upstairs with a large balcony to enjoy the sea breeze, and sunsets, in the Altamar II development. There are two elevators that you can use with magnetic cards. New, completely furnished, with induction worktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee maker, Nikken water and air filter, sanduchera, toaster, microwave and conventional oven, Corelle tableware, kitchen utensils needed, splits in all environments and bedrooms.
