New to Airbnb in April 23 The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but there's a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. Good wi-fi, No TV but screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 12 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall. Discount for 3+ nights.

Gorgeous Cornish cottage, perfect for one or 2 couples/family. An 1850's beautifully quaint cottage, more spacious than the pictures show. A home from home feel, with a very comfy king sized bed. The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.

Stunning situation overlooking the beautiful River Fal with a single room cottage, eco pod and own ablutions block with electric shower and mains WC. Your own garden and private sitting area with sofa, chairs, fire pit and BBQ with free use of canoes and paddle boards. Lovely dogs welcome. Totally charming and all just for you . You will be the only guests at the property. We are doing some improvement works in early 2024 and will not open until Easter 24.
