Ivo welcomed us at the bus station and gave us a good orientation about Durres and life in Albania in general. This was our first trip to Albania and Ivo's tips were super helpful. Ivo is flexible and understanding. We had to make some last minute change in our plan and he accommodated our request. He is a genuinely nice person and a wonderful host. The apartment is well stocked with travel information, city maps as well as some NG magazines. Keeping some slippers in the flat was a very nice touch as the floor is cold. As was the idea to keep some condiments in the kitchen rack! The apartment is bang on the beach. A new beach road is being built and it will look spectacular in summer. The walk along the beach southwards is calming. The old town is a half an hour walk to the north, past the port. We walked back late at night after having dinner at 4 stinet restaurant (recommended) and it's really safe.

We stayed at Alma's apartment for two months and found it ideal for a long-term stay. The flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, AC, and a well-equipped kitchen. Bed was new and comfortable. Plenty of storage space in modern furniture. Fresh sheets and towels were provided weekly, which we appreciated as it's rare in long-term Airbnb rentals. Very fast (300 Mbit/s download) fiber internet with minimal issues. Communication with Alma was very good (Spanish and English); she promptly resolved any issues, and her lovely mother sometimes helped with linens. During some days some noise from nearby renovations (seemed almost finished), nights were quiet for good sleep. The location is perfect: a quiet neighborhood just a minute from the main street and a five-minute walk to the beach. Excellent restaurants and shops are nearby, with high-quality, affordable food, including pizza, pasta, seafood, and Balkan barbecue. Recommend: "Qebaptore Peja te fisi", "Hysi", "Zanzi" Thank you!

We loved this appt for our family of 4! Very modern and tastefully decorated, had everything you need and in my daughters words "I could happily live here!" Perfect location with easy access to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly city, nice to walk along the promenade day or night and some fantastic sunset views. Host was very informative, responsive and helpful. Allowed us to check in earlier and check out later which really helped. Should we return, we would not hesitate to come back to this appt.

I decided to stay at this apartment again as it was a very nice and convenient place to stay in. Once again a clean place and very easy to get around from here as stated in previous review. No complaints and Alex was a very good host making sure I was taken care of.

we had a relaxing time in the accommodation. the bed is very comfortable and everything was very clean. there were a few small details missing such as dishwasher tabs or things for the fireplace and the Netflix account did not work properly. The kitchen is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The roof terrace is also great for drinking coffee (but you have to note that there is no "real" coffee machine, just a mocha pot).

room was quite comfortable with a sea view, wifi working good, near the apartment is a big supermarket, AC working good as well, Also apartment has a lift, the bus stop is 2 minutes away, host Herion is attentive and very helpful, I highly recommend this place

I would recommend this place that smells good and is very clean. Only drawback, there are no shutters in the room, and in the evening the city is noisy. This apartment is not for people looking for calm. Otherwise, spotless, denial was helpful and responsive.

Had one tiny thing when we arrived key was not in the key box but was sorted out very quickly when contacted. Beautiful place. In the centre of Tirana so can walk to lots of beautiful places. Would defo stay again

I was last week and the cottage was better than my expectations. I advise it if you want to gather away from the noise and enjoy nature. Available all the right equipment to spend even more than a weekend. Thank you for your responsiveness and for the welcome gift.

Shkenca is a great host and very responsive host. She took care of any issues as soon as they arose. The apartment is specious, warm and has a private balcony with a yard.

Well-equipped apartment in a basically well-kept facility. We were there at the end of the season, so there were very few other guests in the Valamar complex and the beach seemed neglected in sections (garbage problem). There were still two restaurants open, so we were also catered for in the evening, although the kitchen in the apartment also offers all the possibilities for self-catering. We felt comfortable overall.

Elio is very hospitable and pleasant in communication. The house is spacious and equipped with every comfort. We had a super time there!

Just back from the long weekend at Maria’s place. Lovely villa. Pool was great and Maria was awesome. Very responsive to any questions and queries. Highly recommend. Thanks again

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

The airbnb was amazing! clean and the apartment was beatiful. with an amazing view from the balcony:) the comunication with the host was on point and the response was within minutes and he made sure that everything is okay. Reccomend!

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

Great location, everything you need within 5 min walk: restaurants, bus stop, supermarketem, Beach Bar. The beach was right in front of the property, so the view from the balony was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the place was clean. We really enjoyed our stary here.

Very unique place in the best location of the city. I was on a business trip and had everything needed for working remotely , including an electrical desk with fully sea view. Everything was perfect , highly recommend.

We had a really pleasant stay - the view of the ocean was breathtaking and we loved having an evening drink or breakfast on the balcony. Despite the high way running on the other side of the building we did not hear it at all but only the waves crashing which was very peaceful. The beach was very nice and there were some restaurants and shops open despite “off-season”. The beach promenade was also nice for a morning jog or a stroll. Place is a little bit from the centre of Durres - we took the car in once but it was impossible to find a parking spot but eventually found a parking garage under the Qendra shopping mall. Oklend and Aferdita were very friendly and we loved staying at their place - would definitely stay here again another time!
