Kent’s place was truly a wonderful place to stay in. A very cozy home in a prime location of San Antonio. Kent was very knowledgeable about the area and San Antonio in general. Definitely take up his recommendations because it’s better than what you can find online. My boyfriend and I enjoyed hearing what experiences and stories Kent had for us. The hospitality was better than I could have imagined from the reviews. Housing wise, the room was perfect and as described in the images. All the amenities were in good condition and easily available. If you have the opportunity to book here with Kent I strongly encourage it. I hope to get to come back in the future and enjoy more of the Parrots’ Hilton Studio!

This was our family's first time in San Antonio. I can say that this place was the PERFECT place for us to stay. The home was so well taken care of. Our host took so much time to decorate the home with things that reminded me of the beach, to take a breath and just relax. I can't say enough about our host and her kindness. The only thing I regret is not booking this place for a full month! We have found our place to stay in San Antonio. A BIG thankyou to our host for making sure we had a great first impression of San Antonio. We WILL be back soon!

We LOVED Aaron and Sarah's place. Beautifully decorated, warm, and comfortable throughout. We felt right at home. In fact, it has inspired us to update our own home with a few accents. A must stay whoever we're in town if it's available. Thank you for having us, Aaron and Sarah!

Great value for the cost, especially when pets are a factor. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. House was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this property to friends or family and stay here in the future.

My small family loved our long weekend at the cottage. The home was perfectly appointed and the sleeping arrangements worked well for us. We enjoyed some time outside overlooking the water. Will be happy to visit again sometime.

I needed a home near Canyon Lake for my sons wedding and this was the perfect location. It is a beautiful home, well stocked and roomy with perfect views of the lake. The home was very clean inside and a cooks delight as it has everything you need and fully labeled so it’s easy to find. The location is very quiet but you are mere minutes from a ton of restaurants. I’m looking forward to coming again with even more family as this house is massive.

Great place to stay!! The house was nice, clean and had everything you could need. Jose was professional and replied in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed 2 nights and brought both our dog and cat. Check in and check out was a breeze and Jan was excellent on communication. It was so nice staying at a quiet, pet friendly location with a nice fenced in backyard; perfect for letting our dog out by himself. The trampoline seemed bigger to me than what the pictures show and our kids had a great time with both that and the ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had the best time at this home. We were in town for a family event. The ping pong table enabled us to have some friendly family competition, the media room kept our young kids happy watching movies, the back deck is beautiful to sit on in the morning and in the evening. Bedrooms are spacious. Plenty of towels and nice appliances in the kitchen. Highly recommended for families who want quality time making memories. We hope to come back next year!
