Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pleasure Point

Sara was the one of the most welcoming and generous Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had. The home was immaculately clean, her instructions were detailed and gave us all the info we needed, her communication with us was kind and prompt, the hot tub was clean and cozy. Sara gave us lots of referrals for local shops and restaurants, and she provided a thoughtful welcome gift. We were also impressed with/grateful for Sara allowing our dogs to relax on the couches! We were particularly appreciative that Sara was completely understanding about/accommodating of our reactive dog, which put us at ease and helped us enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and cute, and we were very close to a beach for our dogs. Thank you Sara for an excellent weekend getaway! We can’t recommend you and your home enough!

My girlfriend and I took a romantic trip to Santa Cruz to spend Valentine's day and the holiday weekend in the area. Treescape was 10 minutes from Capitola, santa cruz, UC campus and only 30 minutes to demonstration forest. The house was clean, accessible and convenient!! Lara was great and stayed in communication with us the entire time. I would definitely stay here again for our next extended stay in the Santa Cruz area.

What a great find in an out of the way place. Would love to come in summer but honestly, it was great cool weather to enjoy the house and view of the ocean. Saw seals and dolphins and birds, barely any humans! Best find was Pezzini Farms right outside the colony. Go there for good food!

We had a fabulous stay at Ali’s home. The house is charming and very quiet and peaceful, all while being within an easy walk of fabulous restaurants and downtown. We absolutely recommend booking this house.

It was a great stay and the kids enjoyed all the space in and around the house with the animals and there were also lots of toys and kids books in the house which they liked a lot. I would always come back to that place. Probably even more beautiful in the summertime. Short walk to the henry cowell park and roaring camp even for our little kids not too far. Thanks to Lisa

First off the photos don’t do this house justice. The spaces, including that wonderful balcony, are bigger than you think. We had 7 adults, a toddler & an infant and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds, linens and pillows were so comfy, the multitude of windows to let the ocean air breeze come through, along with fans in the bedrooms, were perfect. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve used in an Airbnb before. The wagon, chairs and beach towels were also so nice to have for the short one block walk to Black Beach (one of my favorites in Santa Cruz). Oh and do not let the 1 full bathroom for everyone scare you off. Having the 2 half baths made it all work and we never had an issue. My family LOVED this place and wants to come back so very much. We have spent 26 years coming to Santa Cruz almost annually and this was our best residential experience yet. Thank you to Kim and her Rental Mgr, Nancy, for taking care of us and communicating so well. This family highly recommends!

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

Tara and Marcus were fantastic hosts, always accommodating our needs and ensuring we felt at home. The space was not only comfortable and clean but also perfectly located right in the middle of everything we wanted to explore. The bed was incredibly cozy, making it hard to get up in the morning! We truly wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much, Tara and Marcus, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean, well organized and maintained condo. Lots of parking in the complex. Anthony was very responsive with clear instructions for check in and checkout and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful long weekend stay at Anthony and Traci’s home !

John's place is a gem at Seascape! Beautifully decorated, clean, ocean views, host left wine+snacks, hot tub on site, and everything one would need. Went for a birthday/mom's getaway weekend. Came back happy and relaxed!

While coming out of a traumatic experience, I needed a place to recharge, regroup, refocus and re-Center. I feel extremely grateful for having been able to stay here. The host was very welcoming, thoughtful and willing to help at a moments notice. The set and setting was as introduced by the owner, a well prepared canvas, that became a another masterpiece in my journey through life. It is quirky, cozy, spacious and with an abundance of positive energy that is multiplied by the vibrations and gifts from Mother Nature and by the thoughtful design and craftsmanship of host that created it. I hope to return again.

Ben was super responsive. The batteries died on the fireplace and when we let Ben know that we were cold, he immediately came down to bring us a space heater and replace the batteries on the fireplace. We were warm and cozy after that. There were movies, cards, and games to play, which our son really enjoyed. I really liked the selection of herbs available for cooking. Thanks for a great stay, Ben!

The unit is spotless, spacious, and full of light. It is completely walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shopping in Capitola Village. It also has all the comforts of home if you want to stay in. The onsite parking is a huge bonus because finding close street parking can sometimes be challenging. Paradise Properties is very responsive and friendly. This is definitely my new favorite place to stay in Capitola and one of my overall favorite Airbnbs! I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. On top of that, the host was outstanding—extremely responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any needs, which made everything seamless. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

Beautiful views! Our family enjoyed our stay and the main floor layout was perfect for our extended family's get together. The pool table, foosball table and games were loved by adults and kids alike. A few family members did get car sick on the way to the house though (not the fault of the house or host by any means), so just be aware that it is a windy road to get up there.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay. Full of beautiful views, great amenities. We loved the full kitchen and fireplace! The balcony/patio was my personal favorite! Great spot to enjoy the sunrise and a cup of coffee. The host was equally just as wonderful! Thank you for the experience!

This Hacienda was located on top of the Santa Cruz Mountains and was so majestic, peaceful and breathtaking. The house is welcoming and beautifully decorated. The view was incredible, watching the clouds and marine layer blanket over the trees. Each bedroom had comfy beds. Kitchen stock well with everything you need. Bathrooms clean. Heated floors were a nice touch. Sitting outside on various patio levels was magical. Felt like I was at retreat. Lisa was quick to respond. Our family loved staying here and getting away from city noise and hustle bustle. Thank you Lisa and Chris for sharing your home. This place is a real gem.

We had a great family stay at the 1 bedroom apartment hosted by Janiece. It's part of the Seascape resort and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub that are part of the resort. The apartment had all the amenities you need including a small kitchen which utilized some creative space saving appliances (microwave + oven combo) that worked really well. There is an awesome ocean view from the unit looking across the resort grounds. The path leading down to the beach is paved and lit. Overall, this is a great option to have your own kitchen and apartment while enjoying the resort amenities.
