Very beautiful house and beautiful wooded garden, quiet and close to the beaches. 55 minutes by car from Perros Guirec and the pink granite coast... Louise is available and very friendly! We will go back without a problem, we had a great stay with our 4 children and 2 dogs!

State of cleanliness and impeccable condition. We may have abused the use of electic appliances at the same time and the meter jumped. uncomfortable in the moment quickly forgotten. In the surroundings of shops and walks with the benefit of the sun present all the WE.

Accessibility was very easy, its location close to the station and the host's instructions to access the listing was very clear. Beautiful accommodation facing the sea. Everything was spotless. Parking space is provided inside the property. All you have to do is cross the street to enjoy the seaside walk. All amenities are present. I would recommend.

Beautiful apartment very well located and a few meters from the large beach of Val André, with local shops nearby: bakery, caterer / butcher shop, Friday market and a small well-stocked Carrefour 150 m away. The apartment is located in a small house with private access by a small staircase, above a quiet restaurant. In the apartment, a distribution of star rooms with a beautiful living room and a large very nice and well-equipped terrace that adjoins the kitchen area. Sufficient and modern amenities for cooking. Well equipped and well decorated apartment, and it feels good. Linens not provided, so be sure to bring it or rent it in advance in the area. We had a good holiday there in a great setting. An inconvenience reported to Marjorie for the future.

The apartment is very well located in downtown Saint Brieuc, as described in the listing, which makes it very easy to get around the city and enjoy the surroundings. Also, the host's response was excellent - he was very attentive and quick to answer any questions or needs that arose during my stay. Although some details could be improved, communication and location made the experience enjoyable overall.

My stay in this apartment was great. The location is great, close to shops and the beach. The interior is clean, bright and decorated with taste. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and we appreciated the little touches left by our host. Yann was very responsive and attentive, giving us good tips to enjoy the neighborhood. Check-in instructions were clear and specific. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.
