Holiday rentals with lake access in Plessé

3-night stay for 12 people for the new year. The space has been a great fit for expectations. Fully equipped as at home and located in a peaceful place, close to the center of Sucé-sur-Erdre (5min drive). The activities present (billiards, foosball, tennis court and pétanque) were a significant plus that allowed us to have a great New Year's Eve. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very comfortable and welcoming accommodation, well cared for. The castle of the Dukes of Brittany is a 25-minute drive away. Le Puy du Fou is 50 minutes -1h.

We had a great time with the family at Emeline's place. The house is very pleasant to live in, the decoration is neat up to the details. The floor-to-ceiling windows give a lot of light and allow you to see the river and the birds! I'm already thinking about coming back for a weekend.

Very good stay in Rieux, the house is quiet, it is very large and allows you to meet with friends / family. Very good communication and arrangements with the hosts.

Small, very pretty cottage that immediately puts you in a relaxing atmosphere. Balneo bath rather simple to use with a booklet. For the Nolwenn staircase warns that it is very narrow and steep which is indeed the case so be careful because it is not accessible for everyone. Otherwise it is a very good place to meet up as a couple and spend a night or two relaxing. A little extra for players with the little games offered in the bnb air.

Isabelle's house offers beautiful services and is well equipped. Nearby you have various amenities and places for walks or other activities. Isabelle is an active pro superhost.

We spent 15 days in Bénédicte's house. Lovely house decorated with taste and originality with a very pleasant garden. Very clean. Good bedding. Green and quiet environment but 5 minutes walk from the village which offers all the services possible. Lots of fun staying at this house and discovering the Vilaine area.

We had a great time with the family! Warm and very accommodating welcome, the accommodation was comfortable and spacious, perfectly combining modernity and authentic charm. The quiet and relaxing environment makes it an ideal place, not to mention the barge walk, made available with boots on loan for the whole family. We'll be happy to go back!

Our weekend at the cottage went very well. The environment in the marshes allows a real moment of calm. The proximity to animals (donkeys, sheep) and other wild animals (amphibians, birds) is very pleasant. Finally, the accommodation is very functional for two and lacks nothing. Amazing stay at Bruno's place. We leave from the refreshed cottage and we will be back, for sure! Surrounded by animals and greenery, the park is very well maintained. The low class is on the rendezvous to ask for some bread, it's another world. There is everything to feel good, the bedding is comfortable and clean and the water pressure is good, everything is functional. The environment is quiet and beautiful. It's spacious, there is room for 4 people, the furniture is quality. Bruno had left us a little attention when we arrived and was always available and responsive when we contacted him. The value, price is excellent. See you soon:)

We had a pleasant stay Functional house. Well-fitted and equipped. Easy to park. The setting is pleasant and very quiet. The house is well located a few minutes' walk from a listed village. The owner is very responsive and spucious of the property are his hosts. recommend it in a second .
