The accommodation is located a few steps from the GR34 on the banks of the Trieux, 50 m from the beach, close to shops and the marina. Renovated house that can accommodate a couple see 3 people. charming house ideally located 50 m from the water on the beach of Launay facing the island of Brehat in Ploubazlanec.4 km from the Brehat pier 3 km from shops and 6 km from the port of paimpol. Enclosed garden, private terrace with sea view hot tub (extra off-season and on request ) the calm and the sound of waves reigns when you listen.MAM GOZH was the home of my great grandfather himself a fisherman from Iceland. Thanks to its view and direct access to the sea, the house is the ideal place for a refreshing and quiet stay with friends and family. Several shops are open year-round: supermarket, fishmonger, as well as bars and restaurants. The main nautical center of the area is just 5 minutes to walk. Completely renovated, the house has been designed in a holiday spirit thanks to its large terrace with barbecue and summer kitchen. The neat decor creates a relaxing atmosphere.

The house consists of a large living room (living room - kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (farm path), the house is out of the road and without any overlook. You get a view of the surrounding cultures and a small sea view.
