Stay in the historical center of Vaals. The French Church dates from 1667 and was converted into living quarters in 1837. This Rijksmonument has been restored in 1837's style and materials. The authentic interior is half-timbered and finished with clay piece. Shops within walking distance. Three countries point 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meters wood stove. Indoor courtyard with seating area. Use of family garden in consultation. Apartment on 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not quiet.

The newly renovated old building apartment is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to the old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking lot is also right outside the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) This beautiful, spacious studio is located behind the farms, surrounded by rolling fields and forests. The l'Ardennes Bleue area is located between the Limburg hills, the Ardennes, and the Eifel. We have transformed the former cowshed into a studio that is fully equipped. Endless walking, cycling or mountain biking, but of course also relaxing in the garden or enjoying a Burgundian meal on one of the nice terraces in the area. This mezzanine is part of the residential area of our farm ( dairy farm ) , and is located on a cul-de-sac with stunning views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with a bath ). This gives you unobstructed views over the meadows and the beautiful Limburg country.

All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve. Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our back house. An elevator is not available. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport connections and shops are easily accessible on foot.
