Quiet large apartment ( 90m2) with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The house is located at the end of a dead end and facing south. There is no overlook. The accommodation is on one level and the terrace is very large. You can see the sea from all the rooms (even from the bed!). Parking right in from of the house . The land is not fenced on all sides. FREE WIFI. Cleaning fee of €80. IMPORTANT. In winter reading from the electricity meter for heating.

Sea view. Very well-located house.

Our quiet home has been recently renovated. We are two minutes walk from the beach of Pors Kernoc, shops (restaurant, food...) and the port of the island. Sea view from the terrace, garden and floor. Our large garden of more than 250 m² is fully enclosed and we have a large south-facing terrace of 30 m2.
