My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this charming, well-located apartment. It blends classic European charm with modern amenities like an updated shower and NEST heating. It's in a beautiful, safe location, close to great shops and restaurants. The highlight was the spa, especially the steam room—reservations only, which adds a nice exclusive addition. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma!

what a great place! nestled omg the mountains and the vineyards, Elisabetta has done a great job in organising nice apartments woth great local breakfast and a sauna and wood fired hot tub. you will be greeted by several very sweet dogs. the apartment was at a great temperature and had everything you needed. beds had food sheets and were comfortable. she also had good local suggestions and really helped us out with connecting with a local garage. we'd love to come back! tip: try their peach juice!

Nice little city appartement. Very clean and well located in a street with rather few traffic (30km/h speed limit) Metro, shops and restaurants close by. Easy self-check-in with clear instructions. Exceptional feature is the turkish bath which we appreciated after a long walk in the city. Despite the modern windows it was slightly noisy (not the traffic but the people in the street).

there is a film called "one night at the museum" at Giovanna's place it was 3 nights at the museum. Unprecedented experience for us: living in a work of art among works of art we regret staying so little time the village is also very nice.

She promptly informed me of a plumbing failure that made the hot tub temporarily unusable, even offering me the option to change the dates of the stay. A gesture that I really appreciated, although not being essential to me, I decided to keep the expected dates. Overall, a perfect stay! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality accommodation, with great hospitality and a refined environment.

We had an exceptional stay at this place in Milan! The apartment is spacious, modern and very well-equipped. The large living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the terrace is a real asset, ideal for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The hot tub adds a touch of luxury and wellness that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient (especially for Linate airport), with easy access to transportation and the main city attractions. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our experience even smoother. We highly recommend this place and hope to return on a future trip to Milan!

Daniela is a great hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. We were surprised several times with our own baksels. From homemade cakes to croissants, everything was delicious. We also enjoyed our own honey from the beehives. Of course, there are also a lot of bees in the area. You'll notice that when you're by the pool. The apartment was completely complete. Beautiful bathroom, great kitchen with all the essentials, air conditioning and also screens for the windows. The pool and the sunbeds were great. The surroundings with all Daniela's recommendations were very nice. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

Wonderful property! Quiet, luxurious everything is there! We're sorry we only took 2 nights. For sure, we'll be happy to come back. On the other hand, we advise you to do groceries before arriving at the accommodation or eating outside because in Ognio unfortunately the restaurant is closed. The Tana di Jack is a few miles from the accommodation.

We were lucky to rent this flat, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The flat is well-organized, exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. Location: It's just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it very convenient. If you're driving, the flat offers easy private parking, and the highway is only a 2-minute drive away. When we opted for a taxi to visit the busy part of town, it took around 15 minutes and cost 20-25 euros. The host was very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home with a warm Italian family-style reception. and giving us all recommendation nearsit shops and delicious bakery in the area. the area is very safe and calm neighborhood . The flat itself was large, and the balcony was a highlight—we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee there. I highly recommend this flat, especially for families or couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall great villa, very spacious and modern for the price! It’s a bit out of the way of amenities but wasn’t a problem for us. The only down side was the noisy dogs that live opposite the villa, they became quite annoying when trying to relax by the pool.

We had a wonderful time at this fantastically beautiful place! The view was simply breathtaking – especially the view from the sauna directly on the lake was an absolute highlight. Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

We had a great time in this house, for the home itself, for its location and the view in which it is immersed. Very welcoming and nothing is missing, equipped with any extra. The presence of animals in the courtyard enriches and makes the experience even more beautiful, we were very happy to pamper them. Finally, but the main element, the owner Silvana was absolutely helpful, kind and met all our needs, which contributed greatly to a beautiful experience. We'll definitely be back.

What a wonderful surprise We arrived very late at night and woke up in the most beautiful village with spectacular views. The apartment was perfect! Wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Really beautiful and well-maintained structure. A large pool area with a great view. The house has two facilities: the rustic (with a barbecue fireplace and a living room with Ping pong/kitchenette and useful things) and the main house with 3 bathrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen on the table and window overlooking the garden, large and spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms of which one large. Excellent cleanliness, very nice and warm welcome: it is difficult to feel bad in Ca’ d’ Ros!

In a very quiet mountain village, surrounded by greenery is a jewel of relaxation. Ebe and Daniele's house is finely renovated and furnished with everything you need to experience it as if you were at home: equipped kitchen, smart TV, comfortable bed all equipped with a fenced garden to make the dog stay in serenity. If this is not enough, they complete a sauna, a steam room, and a sensory shower to pamper themselves during the stay. A few steps in the village you can find all the services from the pharmacy to the tobacconist and by moving really little by car you can visit some of the most beautiful places in the valley. Hosts are super responsive and respond at any hour in minutes. For those who still wonder how quiet the place is, we spent New Year's Eve with a phobic dog for the barrels, who spent it sleeping. A guarantee. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed in the beautiful farmhouse in Fausto from December 23rd to 27th, spending the Christmas holidays there with our little girl! When we arrived, everything was impeccable and very welcoming... they made us find the house decorated with lights and sapling under which to put the gifts of Santa Claus! To our great surprise to wait for our arrival under the tree, there were already small gifts for our daughter, who she really appreciated! In addition to that, they made us find quality breakfast products in both kitchens. On Christmas Day Fausto and his wife Jacqueline knocked on a basket full of delicious freshly baked, homemade bread and a great salami! What can I😀 say... In addition to this the landscape is really evocative, Alba and sunset are wonderful and the location of the farmhouse with its large windows allows you to fully enjoy both. The structure has been tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. Recommended

We had a great and relaxing stay. As already described, you certainly need a car, but with its quiet location it was exactly what we were looking for. The cottage completely corresponds to the descriptions and photos. It is clean, tastefully decorated and easily habitable even in the cold season thanks to the heating. In particular, the terrace in the olive grove with a small view of the lake is beautiful. We felt absolutely comfortable and would come back any time!
