Holiday rentals with a patio in Pocahontas County

Fantastic location, walk out the door to the slopes, easy walk to the village and shuttle bus stops, everything we needed. A few things things to note, there is a Keurig but you need to supply your own k-cups, the bedroom is located right next to the corridor hallway with a window facing the hallway so you do hear people talking as they are coming back to their units late at night, which might wake you up, that's really the only negative about the place. I would stay here again.

Vicki's place was great for a quick ski trip. The location is very convenient to the slopes but feels secluded and quiet, and is an easy shuttle ride to anywhere else in the resort. This unit has one of the most well-equipped kitchens of any place I have rented! I will be looking to rent this place in the future!!

Jared’s place was in a great spot and we were thrilled with how convenient it was to the Village. We lucked out and got a fantastic snow day which made the outdoor hot tub an incredible experience! It’s not the fanciest airbnb and the sounds of people wandering the halls in their boots were loud but we’d happily stay here again regardless. Oh and the view of the sunset is an incredible as he describes!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Snowshoe was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—it’s right off the ski lift, making it truly ski-in/ski-out, which made our days on the slopes effortless. The huge deck overlooking the slopes was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a perfect spot to relax after a long day of skiing. The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quick walk to the village was a bonus, giving us easy access to dining and shops without needing to drive. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy Snowshoe getaway!

Booked this beautifully renovated, quiet, historic apartment space a bit last-minute for a weekend skiing at Snowshoe and it was a great decision. The value was excellent compared to what it costs on top of the mountain and was a 35-40 minute drive to ski. We loved the amenities of the space as well as the small community of Marlinton (which has great cell service). Hope to be back again soon!!

Had a blast staying in Erin’s condo. The unit is very cozy and clean, in a prime location. She was very cooperative and gave great instruction for accessing/parking. Highly recommend to anyone visiting snowshoe.

Allegheny Springs is a great building right in the village next to the lifts, restaurants and everything else the village has to offer. The amenities within the complex make it special, especially the pool and hot tubs. The unit is beautiful, it has everything I needed for my stay. The bed is very comfortable. The patio faces into the pool area and is accessible from the village entrance which makes it quicker to get in and out of if you'll be spending time in the village. great 1br/1ba unit in a great building.

Shon’s place was perfect for our weekend ski trip. The place was comfortable, roomy, and had everything we needed.

place matches the pictures! has lots of space for everyone and is close to snowshoe for skiing. little tricky getting up and down to it but that's described in the listing! there were A LOT of lady bugs everywhere. out of everything my groups biggest suggestion for the place would be some form or curtains. especially for the day bed that's in the loft, just having the option to close them would have been nice. otherwise, good place and good value

Almost heaven… West Virginia. Fantastic Property. Even better in person. Stayed here on a recent trip to Snowshoe. Enjoyed its remote feel and all of the country views. The property was incredibly well done, comfortable, and well cared for. 10/10 highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at the Cerulean House! The house is in a great location near Top of the World/Soaring Eagle inside “The Sanctuary” neighborhood. Very clear instructions, easy check in, and everything was as-described. The interior is well designed with lots of thoughtful touches. The hot tub was on and waiting for us. This is one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed in recently and I would definitely rent again!

We had a fantastic stay at The Evergreen at The Timbers in Snowshoe, WV, hosted by Josh & Co in February 2024. The location was perfect, right at the top of the Soaring Eagle Lift and Widowmaker Slope. Garage parking was a huge bonus! Home was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Would comfortably fit a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The adult rooms had king-size beds, while the kids loved the double bunk beds in their own room. The full kitchen, cozy fireplace, and spacious dining areas were a big hit. The views from both decks were beautiful, and the tall ceilings made the space feel open and inviting. After a 12-inch snowfall, the roads were quickly plowed. This home truly sets the bar for vacation rentals at Snowshoe. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing, what a view of the sunset!!! Cristina was the most responsive host we have ever had, which is very important during the winter in a semi secluded environment. We had a foot of snow and she made sure the road was plowed and the walkway was shoveled, she went way above and beyond. We brought 2 dogs, and there is easy access to a paved walk path just up the hill and across the street, made it way easier than we thought for walks and potty time, a nice 20-25 minute out and back. We highly recommend this gem.

The cabin getaway was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy and welcoming to meet our family quality time needs for the weekend. The hosts were not kidding about the no cell service for up to two hours, but we enjoyed this as WiFi worked well and when we drove to Snowshoe we were prepared with directions already downloaded. We experienced a winter storm, but it made the experience even better enjoying the cozy space of togetherness. We would most certainly stay here again. Thank you Jennifer & Rodney!

Everything about our entire experience here was amazing! From the time we found it online to the time we left, Dimitri was so kind, friendly and helpful. His communication was outstanding and answered every question we had. The house is just the cutest historic home and we felt right at home. Loved the acreage because we were able to play outside with our children every day and didn’t even have the need to go anywhere! We did take a day to visit the train station right down the road that Dimitri told us about. He let us know the locations of the nearest Walmart from the house so we drove there on our way to the house and got everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t need to go out again but there was also a Dollar General just a few minutes down the road if we needed any other supplies. I loved swinging on the front porch and exploring the property. The “neighborhood” was beautiful and we loved taking walks. It was just amazing and we would love to go back! I didn’t want to leave!!

I had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb as part of a ski trip to Snoeshow. The nine of us were very comfortable in this peaceful, secluded home, and it was a very easy drive back and forth from the ski slopes. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home itself is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs and we all slept well. I would love to stay here again on a future trip.

Enjoyed the Rimfire condo! Check in was easy, with multiple options for key pick up. Condo was 'as advertised,' with no surprises or issues. The fireplace was fantastic on wintry evenings.

Excellent location! Just as described! Fully stocked kitchen… easy to cook your own meals! Owner even found a blender for us before our stay at our request. Wonderful village view. Extra Bonus: Hot tub is on this floor! Never crowded. Only complaint is the condo is dark. I prefer bright lighting in the kitchen especially. Definitely will book with them again!

The location is great. You can practically jump on the slopes right outside your door. Also, the adaptive ski school is right next door which was convenient for us because my daughter was taking lessons there. The amenities in the building are great for kids.

We had an awesome stay. The closeness to the slopes was a big draw for us. The deck was very convenient for getting directly on the slopes in just a few steps. Literally get off the lift and ski right to the deck. Had everything we needed.

The perfect little condo! Well equipped kitchen, renovated, and cozy! Our friends stayed in the same building and our condo blew theirs away! easy check-in, great location, responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

The location was amazing. We came in late from tubing and was able to park and walk to get pizza and some amazing drinks. The heated garage was the best park because my car didn’t get covered in snow! Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Also big plus is I didn’t have to strip linens! I was able to get ready this morning and get out only having to drop trash on my way out. Thank you!

Once we arrived to the condo, our stay was wonderful. We arrived in the dark so navigating from the key pickup to the condo was tricky as the gps was not clear and routed us to the wrong place (down a mountain slope). Luckily, we were able to find the small sign for Highland House on the main road but quite tricky to navigate in the dark for a first timer coming to snowshoe. The condo is in an ideal location, with easy access to restaurants and the slopes. The coffee maker is a nice touch, as are the hooks and cozy fireplace. The view of the village is beautiful. We cannot wait to come back!
