This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Heated pool, whirpool. Complete rest and peace yet 5 minutes drive distanced from the town Šibenik. Nearby Nacional park Krka and National park Kornati, and little bit more distanced National park Plitvice really gives you the reason to visit this region. Superb house in old dalmatian style is located in spacious yard with the pool, whirpool, children's playground and a Konoba where you can taste delicious Dalmatian cuisine, a lot of beaches to explore. Are you dreaming of a vacation in nature? It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.
