It was very clean and I was very satisfied with the location. I rested comfortably like my own home. I want to use it again next time.

I don't really leave a review, but my friends also emphasize to leave it, and I'm so satisfied and grateful! At first, there were few reviews, so I arrived by worry and excitement, but first of all, the owner was so kind and all my friends who went with me praised me for holding the accommodation well, and they said it was in the top 3 of the accommodations I've been to so far! Thank you for a very nice place to stay in Gyeongju in the beautiful spring!!

It was neat, warm, and nice! I had a comfortable stay thanks to the host's kind attention. I wanted to see the sunrise indoors, but it was a shame that it was blocked, but it's okay to go there because it's close to the beach.☘️

I had a great one-night stay with my friends. The bedding, towels, furniture, and facilities were all tidy, and it was nice to have everything I needed. You can see Yeongildae Beach on foot, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby, so it was very convenient to eat and play!

I came here comfortably last summer because of my son's soccer, and I came again this winter, but I don't regret it. Quick replies made it easier. Thank you.

It's an accommodation I went to because of the Marine Corps graduation ceremony, and it was as comfortable as my home with my elderly parents. I met my son. I was satisfied with both the beach and the quiet and warm accommodation that arrived within a 2-minute walk.

Recommended if you're looking for a clean place to stay. I had a comfortable stay.

I had a really comfortable rest with my family of 7. The living room was spacious, and it was nice to have 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of towels for 2 nights and 3 days, and the heating was hot, so it was really nice. I was willing to visit again, and it was a really nice place to stay. ^ ^

I liked the location; it wasn't in the heart of the historic section, but it was a just a 20–30-minute walk to so much. The street was very quiet. The apartment was spacious but not cluttered. We really loved Gyeongju and the apartment was a comfortable space after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Definitely recommend.

It was a nice and clean place, but the stove didn't turn on, so I couldn't use it, but that's easy..

The accommodation is clean, and the owner took care of it delicately. (Capsule coffee, snacks, wine, etc.) It will be a little cold in winter. The boiler and hot water work well, but there is some external wind. For this reason, the owner prepared it in advance because he cared about the electric stove. I had a nice stay.

I was satisfied with the affordability. It's right in front of the road, so it can be seen from the outside when it's bright, so it's okay except for the fact that you have to keep the curtains on. There is a pretty beach just down the road, so it seems like the snow clears up after taking a walk. It's a macro, so this is the best place to stay at this price. One bathroom is a little flawed, but I was satisfied that it wasn't too uncomfortable.

As soon as I came to the accommodation, I felt good because it was so clean and smelled nice. All the bedding was clean! You responded kindly, and it was really nice:) I had a good rest:)

I thought it was a sea view, but it's a sea view from the view rather than in the foreground! (I wish there was a photo taken from the front in the photo◡.) Still, if you sit on the sofa or bed, the price wasn't bad because of the sea view. The interior of the accommodation is especially pretty, so I want to cook and eat. I think it would be good to come to the accommodation and watch several movies while playing in Hwangnidan-gil, Gyeongju. Netflix and Disney are available. I intend to revisit again next time

It was a recently renovated apartment with a white tone, so it was clean and the best value. There is one kitchen in three rooms, and the room close to the kitchen was used as a living room with a sofa, and there was cooking utensils and a stove in the kitchen, so it was possible to cook. There is a separate induction stove, and I was able to bring it to the room and grill meat, etc. It is 25 minutes to Pohang Jukdo Market and 15 minutes to the beach and fish market in Guryongpo, so the location is good and the surroundings are quiet. There was a grocery store inside the apartment complex. I bought ssam, chili peppers, ice cream, etc. The lack of an elevator can be seen as a disadvantage, and I think it would be nice to have two additional fans in the summer. There was a washing machine and porch, so you could do simple laundry. The water was installed on the veranda, so it was nice to be able to wash in the bathroom and porch at the same time without children and adults going out and washing when they went out and washed. I'm visiting as my first guest after remodeling, and I had a hard time with the front door password error, but I trust that the owner solved it well and will get better.

I arrived late, but it was easy to find and parking was easy ~ It was very good. It was still chilly, so I needed heating, but it warmed up quickly, so I slept well. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay with my son who is completing the hot water as well as the Marine Corps graduation ceremony. I would appreciate it.

Cozy accommodation like a grandmother's house! The location is unfortunate, but it was a great value for money. The heating worked well and the water pressure was good. Bottled water (with coffee pot), Disposable toothbrush, no hand wash (with soap) It was nice to have a lot of shampoo, towels, and blankets. There is a lot of slope to get to the apartment, so you should be careful when snow or roads are frozen. It's a little disappointing that the room next to the kitchen was a little... unclean. Nevertheless, I think it's a spicy, satisfying, and recommendable place to stay!

I think I stayed at a single-family home. Everything was good, but I was able to stay for two days without any inconvenience Thank you to my mother for being considerate and taking care of me! I want to stop by again next time I come to Pohang.:)

It was a place I booked just to sleep when I came to hang out nearby, but it was so much better than I expected! It was clean and there were a lot of towels! The best
