Holiday rentals with lake access in Poinciana

We had an amazing time staying in this vintage, charming lakeside home. We booked this property due to our wedding being in the area. It had the space to accommodate our bridal party and the host was gracious enough to allow us to host a small intimate rehearsal dinner. The home has so much character and it is in a neighborhood where it feels secluded and private from others. Patrick was very responsive and flexible with many things. I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys a dreamy, loving atmosphere.

I just visited this amazing house by the lake and I'm still reeling from the experience! The house itself is gorgeous, with tons of natural light and a cozy vibe. It's clear that the owners take pride in their home, as everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The layout of the house is perfect, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The rooms are all a great size, and the decor is tasteful and modern. I especially loved the big windows that let in tons of natural light and offer stunning views of the lake. But the real magic happens when you step outside. The lake is literally right there, and the views are stunning. It's so peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I loved that I could walk right out to the lake's edge and take in the tranquility of the surroundings. The neighborhood is also super quiet and friendly, which made for a really relaxing stay. Overall, I'm totally in love with this house by the lake.

This location exceeded my expectations. If you are a Harry Potter fan, this is an ideal destination. The meticulous attention to detail in all the Easter eggs provided a delightful challenge, and we thoroughly enjoyed discovering them. The only drawback was that during our visit, which coincided with a cold snap, we were unable to adjust the heat upstairs. Nonetheless, this place remains an extraordinary experience.

Comfort is one of my priorities when choosing a place and Emma's house has them all from the pool that just to see it relaxes you to the lake view or a simple tour of the place in the Gulf cart that includes the house !!! I would be happy to have another vacation at Emma's house and her attention was Exelente !!! Thank you Emma !!!

Justin's service is amazing, all the personnel is attentive and kind, they communicate very quickly. We found this place after another host canceled on us on the check in day, not only was it available Justin's team were very helpful and understanding with the situation. The house is spacious and was very clean, the neighborhood felt very safe and convenient to get to different places. Check out process was smooth, instructions were very simple and not demanding (as in other places). Would recommend this listing and other Justin's listings because the service was spectacular.

This place was truly a hidden gem ! It is a such a cute place. I wish we were able to stay longer to really enjoy the cute backyard. Responsive host. Everything was great !

Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

We have fished out of Cutty Shack multiple times. I would discourage mid October bookings because it might affect our trip next year. :) Thanks, Kristen, see y’all next year. Another great trip to the Kissimmee Chain.

Great unit - exactly as pictured/described. Really enjoyed the balcony with the lake view. Location very close to grocery/Target and easy drive to Disney properties. Overall a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the space. It was clean and just what we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too!

Gladis and Paulina were wonderful hosts always replying promptly. Prior to arrival clear instructions were sent over which made self check in effortless. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, even had a kettle, blender and toaster. Lots of towels, linen and blankets and noticed that there was a pushchair, travel cot, highchair and car seat in cupboard. Apartment was spotless and looks just like photos in listing. Lots of tv channels including Disney and Netflix.The apartment was in a gated development and felt safe. The water park was an added bonus and my children were always able to get a tube. Apartment was centrally located, Disney 12 mins drive away and countless restaurants within a few mins drive. Walmart was 2 mins away. My family and I were sorry to leave but will definitely return.

It was an amazing experience for the kids to walk in with the rooms all decorated up they felt like just for them ! Thank you for the wonderful stay we will come back

The perfect home base for visiting family and friends in the Orlando area. The location was serene and quiet with beautiful views of the lake. Jodi was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend renting any of Jodi's properties.

This place is probably one of the cleanest airbnbs i’ve stayed in. Smells fresh! Thank you for the accommodations and quick responses! The location is super convenient and the place was very cozy and modern. Only complaint is the price, I paid over $400 for just 2 nights in an apartment! It was last minute so I had to make do but appreciate everything!

There was actually an unexpected situation with the room we were meant to stay in that wasn’t discovered till the day of check in. Gladys reached out and actually offered us a bigger space at the same price of the original booking. She was very quick to respond and provided a quick fix in what could have been a sticky situation. Her place was lovely, we would definitely stay there again!

Highly recommend this place. Josean was quick to respond to anything we needed. Place was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Lots of room and many beds to sleep in. We were only 2 so no need of those other beds It was nice to relax on the balcony, you see lots of different birds and turtles. Inside, shower is nice and spacious, kitchen really functional. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this cottage was great. It was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. It was very close to a grocery store and a few places to eat. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you want to relax and enjoy the great Florida weather.

Excellent host! Very communicative and responsive. So sweet. Nice tiny home - WAY bigger than a hotel room and cheaper. Quiet area to unwind after all our Disney adventures; took 10 min to get to all the parks!

Enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and responded quickly to questions. The space in the home was nice and the neighborhood was nice. The only thing I was not expecting was the second bathroom in the home was outside in the screened in pool area. It was right outside of the master bedroom, so it wasn't too inconvenient. Overall, it was a very nice place and we would stay there again.
