Holiday rentals with a pool in Point Loma, San Diego

Our son and his family visited from Boise ID forthe Xmas holidays. Brenda's home is everything nice that other reviewers have described. Her property is conveniently located, spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Brenda has mastered the art of hosting. She is an accommodating and intuitive host who is obviously committed to providing the best possible experience for her guests. Our son requested that we communicate his compliments and appreciation for a wonderful stay.

Our family loved our stay in this home. We used the backyard every afternoon, our boys had fun jumping from the hot tub to the pool (even though the pool was chilly in February). Everything was super clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We usually struggle with hotel beds and this bed was excellent. The neighborhood was a real highlight. There is a beautiful park with a playground just around the corner and the nearby business strip down Park Ave is perfect for walking to dinner. All star stay and experience.

We had a fantastic time at KC's place! He was very prompt with his responses and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was spacious, private, and offered a stunning view. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was wonderfully warm—far better than other Airbnb experiences we've had. The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We also felt very safe in the area. We would absolutely love to return to KC's house and highly recommend it

I chose this home for my birthday and enjoyed it. The location was convenient to everything we planned to do! Easy access and clear instructions. Although the pool was not running, the hot tub was a plus! I would definitely come back to this location during the summer time.

Linar and this home were absolutely perfect! My family and I were in town for a wedding. I message Linar a couple days before we were to be there to see if there was a pack and play for my son. He assured me he would have one there the next day courtesy of the house! AMAZING! if you have ever traveled with kids you know how much stuff you already have to bring that was such a relief. The location is near the freeway so it's very convenient! The backyard is so nice! it was a bit too cold to swim but the hot tub was perfect! Very clean inside. Thank you Linar my family had the best time in your home it was so cozy and comfortable we will definitely stay again!

The house was perfect! Very clean and spacious. I had a question for the host and they responded really quickly as well. They also checked in just to see if we needed anything but we didn’t because the house already came with everything! So much to do around the house (pool/jacuzzi, bbq, golf, pool table +more) I would definitely recommend!! -everyone’s favorite was the big bean bag chairs!!

This place is very cozy and comfortable. We feel like home. Very clean and organized. I am highly recommend this place. She even prepared a crib for our infant. Very nice place to stay. Very peaceful place.

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. We loved the pool. It even has a deep end! Very quiet neighborhood. Close to groceries. Would highly recommend.

Maria was always available when I needed to speak to speak to her. She is a warm and professional person. The place was just beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Parking was easy. The ocean view was magical.The place was quiet and restful. We are coming back in May for my birthday. I can’t wait to return. It is the ideal spot to vacation. I would recommend anyone to schedule a vacation with Maria.

We stayed at Jennifer's place for a few days and couldn't recommend it enough. The place is centrally located and easily accessible by car. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. On top of that, Jen is super responsive and has a lot of valuable recommendations for the area.

The condo has spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, the PB pier, dolphins (binocular provided), and the best boardwalk in San Diego. The boardwalk has a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, charming beach houses, and gift shops and it stretches for miles along the ocean. The underground parking was fine for our RAV4 and there is plenty of street parking nearby. It was surprisingly quiet at night with respectful neighbors. The jacuzzi was decent with hot water, strong jets, and fits four comfortably. The bed was very comfortable and the firmness can be adjusted. We loved our stay there with the waves soothing us, surfers, sunsets, dolphins, and the best walks by the ocean.

Love this team! They really care about their properties and their guest! They answer phones, solve problems, and they are real people!

Nice condo with walking distance to many restaurants & beach access.

Our stay was wonderful. You already know from the pictures that the view is amazing, but in person it’s even better. The location was excellent - within walking distance of grocery stores, clothes shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, coffee shops, etc. The apartment was bigger than it appeared in the pictures. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of pillows, towels, and toilet paper. We were greeted with a delightful plate of fresh fruit. Great place in an excellent location.

This home was the perfect home away from home for our family getaway to San Diego! The location was central to so much and the views were stunning! The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with our kids too! Stephanie and Ariel were friendly and helpful, the best hosts! Would highly recommend staying here!

This house was a great spot for our family and friends! The living space was very spacious and the kids loved the pool! Convenient location to get around and enjoy all San Diego has to offer. Jesse was quick to respond and clarify any questions we had!

This was the perfect place, a roomy and well stocked home for our family! It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of both indoor and outdoor games. We appreciated that all bedrooms were connected to a bathroom. The backyard was another wonderful living space, I only wish we would have had time to utilize the pool! The holiday dog with lights in the entry way was adorable and a fun welcome when we walked in. The owner was proactive in contacting me prior to check in and provided the code and any home instructions to me via text. We would definitely stay in this home again if we are in the area.

This place is simply stunning! From the time you enter the home, you will know exactly what I mean. The views are amazing. The home is beautiful. The space is wonderful. My group of 7 had plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, sitting areas around the pool. The kitchen had every amenity needed to cook and dine. The home was spotless, smelled so good, and had thoughtful amenities (extra towels, extra blankets/pillows, Rainbath shower gel and nice shampoo/conditioner, washroom necessities. The location is about 45 mins from San Diego proper, but we did not mind it at all. You are able to escape the city life and come home to a haven. We lived like celebrities for the weekend and loved it! We even picked fresh lemons off a tree to add to our diet cokes. Instructions on everything you would want to know are provided; excellent communication with the rental staff. Very safe and quiet area; gated community. Worth every penny you pay; go for it!

We just returned from our holiday trip to La Jolla and it was great! The house was homely, spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood was private and quiet and easy to get to. Centrally located close to all the attractions with easy freeway access, Although we did not use the pool or hot tub it looked awesome! Thank you Richard and Pel for sharing your home with us.
