Aloha friends! Our cute and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has been home and a staycation for many of our guests for over 17 years now! We are located in a condominium building only 1 and 1/2 blocks from the center of the beach and boardwalk at Seaside Heights, NJ. Growing up, my family took us to Seaside beach every summer. Peaceful and relaxing condo on the bay. Great for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. On-site heated pool for your use. Paddle board/kayak ramp located on property along with several char-grills overlooking the bay. Our condo is a short walk to the boardwalk/beach and 2 blocks from the bay where you can take in some beautiful sunsets. Boardwalk, amusement parks, restaurants and other attractions are within walking distance. There is so much to explore and enjoy in Seaside Heights whether it be a couples get away or a family time. Includes two beach passes and 1 parking space. Please note: we will not accommodate prom parties, large parties or persons under the age of 25!

License#35 Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. 1/2 block away from the famous Seaside Heights boardwalk and beautiful ocean. Make sure to visit many of the attractions Seaside Heights has to offer along with one of those comically large pizza slices in one hand and a beach cocktail on the other before walking half a block into the apartment. 21 or over. No exceptions. Anyone violating this rule will be asked to vacate.
