Holiday rentals with a patio in Pointe-à-Pitre

Very pleasant and functional accommodation with a lovely view of the Marina Close to shops, restaurants, beach without taking the car and very responsive and pleasant hosts.

Apartment ideally located in ste anne. Immediate proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Accommodation in very good condition and pleasant living spaces. 3rd bedroom with comfortable convertible sofa. Alone (everything) small downside: a little just in plates (6),... which makes it difficult to use the dishwasher except to make it work with each meal and not very full. Apart from this easy-correcting little detail, everything suited us. Carole is very responsive with cordial exchanges.

Sylvie and Serge's place is a haven of peace. Great meeting with our hosts who are welcoming and caring. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back on a future trip.

Excellent stay at Marie Paule and Myriam. I was greeted by Myriam who was more than responsive since after a late request on Airbnb, I was able to get the accommodation 2 hours later and in addition I was greeted with a smile! The place is great, all comforts and close to everything. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at this AirBnB! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to their warm welcome. The pool is a real plus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We also shared a memorable aperitif with them, a friendly moment rich in exchanges. They were a great help with the barbecue, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, with easy access to all the north of Basse-Terre. The house is AMAZING! Everything is spotless, comfortable, well equipped, organized, intimate and pleasant. The kitchen is really well equipped compared to other Airbnb. 2 showers and 2 toilets make the place perfect for a family or two couples. Communication was easy and quick with Renée. I would recommend without hesitation! We want to be able to come back someday.🤩🤩

We had a great time with the family (2 adults and 1 children ) . The place is peaceful with a view of the greenery just amazing. The private pool is very nice . The space has plenty of space. We recommend eyes closed.

Nice very well equipped,clean, super quiet ,relaxing accommodation. Very friendly ,thoughtful hosts (coconuts offered and warm accras). Well located half way between Deshaies and Ste rose. Lots of beautiful beaches around. One of our best places in Gwada.

Superb rental close to a boulangerie and a few very good restaurants! The house is perfect for a family of 4 with the 2 comfortable bedrooms and the pool for the kids to enjoy themselves!

Our stay for four (2 adults / 2 children) at Sophie's place was perfect! Great welcome , at the agreed time with a small local fruit juice Secured residence where there is calm, kindness and respect for others, day and night. First thing when you enter this apartment is the VIEW; BEAUTIFUL! She invites you to go for a dip in the pool. Then it's the colors chosen to decorate this place , blue, yellow, green that make you want to flourish in this little nesting box!;-) Very well equipped or even too much but what you want, Sophie wants us to feel at home. Great location! A beautiful home with a beautiful outdoor kitchenette with a view of the pool. There is a nice little, almost private beach on the location. It looks like a former resort converted into a condo. There is also a stunning large swimming pool open from eight hours to 10pm. I highly recommend it for guests.

Impeccable accommodation, very well equipped. Perfect cleanliness. An apartment that the owner uses for himself is often a guarantee of quality amenities and here it is. The icing on the cake, this property is managed by Marina who communicates with great responsiveness. Her hosting is very warm, and throughout the stay she ensures the well-being of her guests.

In general, everything was perfect. Lack of details about the openings of doors to the pool... Lack of lighting at night in the commons. Lack of restocking and harmony in the glasses…etc. Lacks a little attention in case of late arrivals. The water bottle is good but may not be enough. This allows you to improve your services in an apartment where you feel very good elsewhere.

The apartment is exactly as described in the advertisement. Very clean accommodation, and nothing is missing. Everything is within walking distance, bakery, supermarket, bank.... Franck is always available and extremely kind. If the place hadn't been rented again, we would have stayed there again! For sure, we'll go back again.
