Beach apartment holiday rentals in Poipu Beach

Quite condo with what felt like a private beach area. Plenty of cooking supplies although no spices or oil so bring your own. Bed was very comfy, nice to have ac.

We really loved our stay!!! Truly such a good spot for a vacation, located next to a lot of great restaurants and not too far driving distance from many things. The view was spectacular and the pool and beach were so nice and private. Would definitely stay again!!!

We had such an an incredible time! George is an amazing host and his place is as beautiful and serene as pictured in his post. The highlight of our trip was sitting on our lanai and watching the Humpback Whales!!! Truly and incredible sight and unforgettable vacation. Thanks so much George, we will be back

Ocean View and Wave Sounds >>>>>> Repeat <<<<<< Ocean view and the sound of waves day and night. The lanai view can hardly be beat. Especially for the Kapa'a area. Walk down two short flights of stairs and about 20 steps. BEACHFRONT!! Whale Watching in the winter from the comfort of the lanai. Well equipped kitchen to save those dollars and eat healthier. King sized bed quite comfy. We enjoyed walking to the Hukilau Lanai, Lava Lava and Coconut Marketplace one way aling the bike trail or old town Kapa'a and farther the other direction. This beachfront is known as a popular Hawaiian Monk Seal resting area. We enjoyed seeing quite a few. Life is Short ~ Book a month on Kauai today!!

This was our second stay at the property and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful view from the property and from the small beach just steps from the unit.

Perfect for a small family traveling

My family loved staying here. It really was perfect for us. The only things I didn’t like are beyond Luisa’s control. I didn’t like that it was on the 3rd floor and I didn’t like that it wasn’t on the beach! Ha! Otherwise it was a very clean and beautiful little apartment!

While I did not tour the entire property, the unit was easy to find and within walking distance of shopping and dining opportunities. Really convenient location in its proximity to the airport as well. The space was neat and clean & Sharon was very responsive as a host.

Great little Airbnb in Princeville. Amazing location, easy parking, and clean space. One thing to note just in case you missed it, is there is no kitchen sink. Only the bathroom sink, so if you want to do dishes of any kind it is in the same sink. We did not cook so this was not an issue for us, but since some might want to I just wanted to mention it. Place is exactly as advertised, and everything was well communicated.

This is a beautiful condo located within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous and super clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the snorkel gear, lounge chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, washer and dryer. We would love to stay here again and again and again!

Magical place! The view from the back is breathtaking. We could sit for hours just watching the waves and sea birds! Cash was a very responsive host and made sure we were taken care of. We absolutely loved the design of the apartment. The natural materials and open setup felt very integrated with the environment. The location was tucked away in a quaint and impressive neighborhood, parking was easy, and we felt very welcome. There is also an amazing private trail that goes down to the beach with lots of wildlife and beauty to admire! Not to miss the simple pleasures, the clothes washer and dryer are a good size enabling a full load. We would enjoy staying here again! Thanks, Cash!

This is hands down one of the most beautiful places. The room was super spacious, way more than the pictures show, the view is just incredible even better than pictures can do justice! The room is a bit of a walk if you don’t get a golf cart ride, but well worth it for the views. Parking gets full rather quickly, but the resort and valet staff take care of it. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely rebook if (hopefully) when I’m back to Princeville!

The location of this condo along with the views, the spaciousness and overall cleanliness were all terrific. The price is lower than most of the condos in the area, so it is a good value. The basics are included such as beach towels, boogie boards, a small cooler, coffee maker, AC in some rooms, etc. However, it is lacking use of a washer/dryer and "extra" niceties. The parking was close by and the community pool area was lovely. We had a great vacation on the North Shore!

Cari was spectacular with communication and the accommodations were awesome. Great location and her insights accurate. We happened upon a 3 day stretch of pure sun, high temps and not much wind which is not typical of Princeville. Like many of the accommodations in the area, the places are not air conditioned so given the weather It took a while to get the bedrooms to cool off. We enjoyed our stay and spent most evenings on the deck after a full day exploring. 1Hotel is a must for drinks and eats and we loved spotting the whale spouts and their activities. Thanks for being such a great host Cari.

Fabulous upscale, well appointed, well maintained, with high construction and indoor outdoor living spaces This is a quiet neighborhood approximately 1 mile from main shopping area and restaurants. 2 miles from Poipu Beach. Absolutely recommend this stay. It’s especially not the typical two bedroom condo which is so ubiquitous to the area. Living room and main bedroom have sliding doors to allow indoor outdoor living in a very spacious and comfortable environment. Host went out of their way to have coffee, cookies, local drink. Really nice wonderful touches. I was kidding with the host via text messages that I didn’t want to leave a glowing review so I could hide this gem to myself. However, this was so excellent others really should know. We are planning our next trip to the same spot now.

Wow!!! Such an amazing home! Everything was as described on the site. It was everything we needed for my husband, myself, and daughter. I really appreciated the attention to details. I loved the Hawaiian flowers on the greeting table and the palm on the outside table. Nat was so accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early. It was quiet and very peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean and very walkable. We felt safe and will for sure go back. The pool area was perfect. The temperature of the water was refreshing and was very clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We made amazing memories!

Absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we needed in an amazing location. It was SO much nicer than a hotel for a large group. There were card and board games available, umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and even a wagon which made everything easier. Sheri was so easy to work with, quick to respond, and made everything seamless! We would love to stay here again!

This is second time we’ve said at Poipu Kapili and the first time in this specific unit. It’s well furnished and nicely decorated; the kitchen was stocked with essentials. When we first arrived the tvs were on playing Hawaiian music and there was a nice complimentary box of macadamia chocolates which was actually a huge help with tired, hungry teenage boys! Anyways, I truly can’t think of any complaints; the master bedroom is tastefully decorated in what I call “modern Hawaiian vibe,” and the view of the ocean was superb. Hard to think of any improvements! It could used a salad spinner, but that’s all I can come up with! LOL

It was a beautiful place with lots of space. It was perfect for me and my family of four. My little girls loved the pool and waterslide. The beach was super close and had chairs for us to use. Whether this is your first or 100th time coming to the island, this is a great place with everything super close. Plenty of restaurants are close by, and Safeway is across the street.

The condo has the most beautiful grassy lawn that goes out to the ocean. The BBQ’s came in handy! The dishwasher doesn’t clean things very well so I alerted Sandy. She let maintenance know right away. Easy and fast communication! The bathroom felt slightly outdated with the travertine tiles that were chipped away around the window. Very minimal furnishings which makes you focus on the gorgeous view!

This place was unreal. Probably my favorite porch in the world. I could watch the sea from this balcony all day. From dawn to dusk, at all hours, vibrant with life. Turtles, Dolphins, even Whales. An easy walk to Poipu as well. Idyllic. Would definitely stay again.

Mia's place is absolutely a perfect vacation spot. Our family of six adults fit comfortably and enjoyed all the amenities the resort provided. The tennis courts are right outside, with breathtaking views. We had questions for Mia about what was supplied regarding laundry detergent and coffee. She responded immediately. We went on several hikes and definitely needed plenty of detergent for our family. We stopped at Costco in Lihue and filled our car with food for the week. When we checked in, the staff brought a golf cart to help us haul everything to our place. We had a ton of stuff, so we were grateful for the assistance. We ate most of our breakfasts looking out from our beautiful back deck but spent our dinners eating near the pool. We pulled some tables together and enjoyed the lovely weather at night. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and a short downhill walk away. Overall, we had a fabulous time in Kauai staying at this Airbnb. We would recommend it to anyone.
