We had a great stay at Niresh's apartment. It is exactly as described and as the photos show. The apartment is very well furnished and very clean. Niresh was very responsive to any queries or issues and the building's management were quick to resolve a plumbing issue and some noise from the flat above. The balcony view is great for sunset and we were lucky to enjoy a view of the Colombo fireworks for New Year. My only suggestion for improvement would be some balcony furniture. I would happily stay again and would highly recommend the apartment.

Loved the place the view was amazing .. h can watch the sun rise and sun set from your bedroom .. will always keep going .. loved evey min there .. security is extemly good and the caretaker lady was very sweet ..

I had a great stay at Nalin’s place. The property is same as described, very comfortable and clean. Nalin the host is super responsive and keeps checking on the guests and is always available for any kind of assistance or suggestions. Property is centrally located and nearby to almost all the tourist attractions. It’s a gated community so very safe and there is departmental store beneath the apartments so you can find any daily needs. Overall stay at Nalin’s place was a great stay to start my Sri Lanka trip. I would recommend everyone to stay here if you are visiting Colombo.

Amiable hosts, Rangit and Kusal are very supportive in all manners. Pros - 1. Private and calm neighbors 2. Security officers are around the corner in night (We parked two of our cars away from the home, nothing to complain) 3. Clean and comfy bedrooms (Owners asked us to change bed linen after 7 days, got fresh ones) 4. All listed amnesties were there Cons - 1. Bathrooms need some renovations (Water drains are not working 100%) 2. Water pressure can improve 3. Can add more kitchen utensils (pots an pans and knife....)

If I could give this place 6 stars I would!! What a find - we have traveled the world in Airbnbs and this is one of our all time favs! From the warm welcome, to help with planning our onward journey along with arranging a private driver, Buddhika our host could not have been more accommodating. His wife kindly prepared us the most delicious Sri Lankan curry…even the kids who don’t like curry had clean plates! This was our first stop in Sri Lanka and it was amazing in every way. The house itself is absolutely huge and the photos don’t do it justice. The outdoor spaces offer a perfect spot for morning yoga, an afternoon dip in the pool and to chill of an evening. We’re already planning our next visit! Thank you again for a truly memorable stay, your hospitality and kindness is something we will always remember.

First of all, I want to thank the wonderful landlady Gayani, she did everything to change our stay in Sri Lanka. Very sensitive, kind and caring landlady, we felt at home. One of the best apartments we have visited, an incredibly beautiful place, panoramic windows, the view from the window will delight you every day, birds singing, a great pool and a gym. In real life, the apartments look exactly like in the photos. A little far from the main attractions, but if you love comfort and silence, then these apartments are ideal! We will definitely come again, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Located away from the main road so it was very peaceful and quiet. The master bedroom has air conditioning which was a lifesaver due to how warm Kalutara was during our stay. Other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Overall a very clean and spacious property. Thanks for having us!

Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck!
