Very responsive, well located

We’ve had a wonderful week in Paphos and enjoyed our stay in the apartment - it was very clean and extremely well located apartment. It had everything we needed including toys, games and the inflatables for the kids. The pool was fantastic for a morning dip and the close proximity to the town, restaurants and the harbour made everything easy and accessible. When our son had an accident on the beach and we needed to take him to the doctor Andreas kindly offered us help, and checked on us to make sure our son was ok. Andreas, Thank you again for all your hospitality and your kindness!

Great stay in Paphos! Beautiful studio apartment with a clean bathroom and a washing machine. The balcony was a lovely bonus - we drank wine and dried our clothes out there:) Steps from the harbor with restaurants/bars/shops. Just a few blocks from the archeological site entrance. Would definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Yiannos's apartment in Latchi. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly at home. Yiannos was an incredible host – his communication was exceptional, he was always available to answer our questions, and he even went above and beyond to provide us with helpful local tips and recommendations. We truly appreciated his warm welcome and his dedication to ensuring we had a memorable stay. We highly recommend this apartment and Yiannos as a host to anyone visiting Latchi!

An apartment worth recommending. Everything is perfect and nicely decorated. Beautiful neighborhood with children's activities ( pool, beautiful garden with toys). A kitchen equipped like home-it's everything you need for a long getaway. Parking next to the apartment. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Only 4 minutes by car to a large supermarket open every day. Two bathrooms are perfect for a large family.

Can’t say enough good things about Nikolas’s place. Not only was the place spacious, clean and well furnished, but it was also located in the best possible place with a large balcony overlooking the water. Everything that was needed was steps away for the apartment with many restaurants, shops and the Paphos Harbour walkway. The host was also very welcoming and kind to let us stay at his place.

Quiet place in the centre of historical city. We spent a wonderful Christmas there! Spatial thanks for the Christmas tree 🎄

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

The house is very quiet and secluded on a steep coast. The view of the sea will take your breath away! However, it is not a beach for bathing and swimming. About 20 min walk or a few minutes by car, there is a beautiful natural beach perfect for snorkeling with quiet waves. The apartment is spacious and offers everything you need. The perfect place for nature lovers and for a quiet relaxing time.

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Had a great 10 days at the apartment. We hired a car for the duration and visited lots of places in the surrounding areas. We highly recommend Sonnys Restaurant 10 mins west. Also The House restaurant 15mins NW. the local supermarket had most things you need and there's a Lidl 5 mins drive away. The local pizza restaurant was ok as was the restaurant next door. Coral bay up the coast is a good beach and good restaurants and the sea caves beach was fantastic up the coast. The sunset views from the apartment on the upper balcony were beautiful. Like home from home, highly recommend Stephan & Francois' apt. Our only complaint is that the double bed was too hard!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Paphos. We didn’t hire a car, and were able to walk the 20/30 minutes along the seafront to the town centre and historical sights, and excellent Paphos bus service to visit other locations. A couple of nice little beaches 10 minutes walk away. The house was clean and cosy and in a very quiet neighbourhood. There were just a couple of things missing from the list of specified items with the villa - bikes and charcoal for the bbq, which would have nice to have available, but Svetlana communicated immediately about these when we asked. Would definitely return if we are in Paphos again!

We had a fantastic week enjoying the opportunities for local hiking, the great terrace and swimming pool and the beach that was just a hop, skip and a jump from the property. Aris was very friendly and accommodating and the Cypriot BBQ was great fun to use.

Very nice studio for two persons with balcony. Clean and well equiped. Owner runs small shop downstairs, so checking in, out and contact is very good. Studio is located close to the beach and port. There are plenty of resteurants around. Bus stop to the airport is located 30 seconds walk from the apartament. Nice holidays hopefully I will come back in the future.

When you visit Amit, you can hear the sea rustling for 24 hours. You can really see the sea from the bed and the stars at night. Pomos is located in a quiet part of Cyprus and it takes an abundant hour by car to get there. It's clearly a location for individual travelers. The beach below the house is a stone beach. You can still swim there. A good sandy beach is a 20-minute walk away (car 5 min). We felt incredibly comfortable and were super well looked after as guests by Amit. Only night part: one of the three beds (3 bedrooms) creaks when you move. And the water pump on the roof starts every time you go to the toilet or wash your hands or shower. This noise can be heard quite clearly in the two upper bedrooms. Still, we felt incredibly comfortable...

We had a great time at Frank's place who gave us a great welcome as well as his wife. The space was very clean and fully equipped. It is very well located not far from the beach and restaurants and there is a beautiful pool available. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a good time. A BIG thank you to Frank and his wife for their welcome, kindness and kindness 😀 We will be happy to come back!

Fabulous accommodation in a great quiet location. Jane goes above and beyond most host to provide welcome starter food which was most appreciated. Little extra such an electric blanket (apparently we were the first to experience these) are great on a cold evening. We hope to be back again in near future and would not hesitate to recommend to others

The apartment is in a small development in a really great location in the small resort of Latchi. 10 or so excellent restaurants within 2-10 mins walk. Supermarket at 2 minutes walk, lots of free parking at 2 minutes walk. Harbour front and beaches at 5 minutes walk. The apartment is perfect for a couple, fairly basically furnished and equipped, but everything we needed was there. The interior is a little tired perhaps, but that is reflected in the price. Balconies on both sides means one is always in shade. The pool in the development is clean and a good size. Not much used when we were there. Lastly, Sylvia is incredibly responsive and friendly. Strongly recommended.

The flat is in a peaceful complex. It is nice and clean and we stayed there comfortably for 10 days. I like the fully equipped kitchen with everything I need which is so helpful as my daughter has food allergies. Balcony has nice views over the pool and sunset. We had a couple of issues but Felix was very responsive and sorted it out quickly. Will stay again if coming back to Cyprus.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment and pool were lovely, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Lana and Oksana were super helpful and not only arranged taxis from and to the airport for us, but also drove my daughter and I to a local pharmacy when my daughter became unwell. Would not hesitate to recommend this host and accommodation. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house is as described, furnished and equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness is impeccable. The courtyard is beautiful, for relaxation. The house is located in a quiet and luxurious neighborhood. From the house and yard you can see the sea which is very close. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The beach can be reached on foot and quickly. There is access to a swimming pool. Julia and Jody are very welcoming hosts, communication was excellent. Always caring, with helpful advice. We thank them for the welcome gifts. On departure, after checkout, they were very kind and took us to Kato Paphos. We really liked it and will come back with love!
