A wonderful home away from home. Everything you could need and more! Great walking neighborhood and super pet friendly home. It's a duplex, so prepare to hear the other side occasionally. SUPER comfy bed and well-stocked kitchen. Judy is wonderful! I would stay here again.

It was a quiet remote location and offered a peaceful stay perfect for my intentions. Nearest grocery or restaurant was about 15-30 min drive so pick up what you need before you get there or be prepared to drive out for goods. Standard rules of taking out the garbage and taking off the sheets and starting the dishwasher which i completely disagree with to begin with but this place’s rules were simple enough and not too extravagant so it was fine to do. The recommendations book was helpful. The door lock can be a little confusing and I do wish there was a blind on the main door as it was glass and at night a little unsettling that the inside was completely visible from outside but it is not a place you would get any pedestrians or anyone really who wasn’t meant to be there.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little private weekend getaway and it was great! The hot tub was amazing! We loved all of the funky decor and the overall vibe of the place. Lots of boardgames, activities and recommendations for local places to check out. We will definitely be coming back. The carriage house has a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and hot plate for one pot/pan, if you don’t want to use the full kitchen in the shared space area of the buena vista house. We didn’t realize that the carriage house did not have an indoor shower, only the outdoor one. But we didn’t mind :) Overall a fantastic trip!

This space is elegant and private. The host is responsive and thoughtful. The optional breakfast and dinner for an additional fee is delicious and such a nice addition to the stay. I highly recommend this stay!

My family members and I traveled to Matthew's place and stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. The home was very clean, uncluttered and welcoming. My musician nephew particularly enjoyed the grand piano in the living room! The location was a perfect, near shops and restaurants, with a quick walk to Bush Park. The large kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meal, and there were more than enough beds for our group of six. The yard was well cared for, with giant pumpkins in the garden and seeds for us to grow our own! I especially appreciated that Matthew took the time to subtly decorate for the holidays, including an Autumn floral arrangement in the entryway and Christmas mugs on the kitchen shelf. Matthew was friendly and responsive, and flexible when we asked to check in early. My family would enjoy staying in his cozy home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine's mini getaway. LeAnne's exceptional assistance navigating the challenges posed by the snow and ice storm was greatly appreciated. Her communication was outstanding, and we are extremely grateful for her efforts in ensuring a wonderful experience. The hot tub was magical and we couldn't have asked for a better place to be. Highly recommended!!

I enjoyed a peaceful week on the farm. It was a very nice, relaxing get away!

The treehouse exceeded our expectations. My girlfriend and I spent valentines weekend and were greeted with festive lights, complimentary robes, wine, snacks, and a warm fire waiting for us. Jessica was very responsive to our questions and helped direct us to the correct parking area without us even having to ask! 11/10 experience from us and we can’t wait to return!

Cozy, everything exactly as appeared in pics and description on the AirBnB website! Our family loved the game room and hot tub!
