Holiday rentals in Polto Superiore

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

Stayed at Marco's place with colleagues on a business trip. Lovely house, everything is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Shops are just a short walk away. For those who want to relax, there is a sauna, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool (although we did not have time to use it) Thank you for providing the house!

Had an unforgettable stay. The house is spacious, has everything you need, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, several balconies from which you could look into the beautiful valley and enjoy the fresh mountain air. We felt extremely comfortable and would recommend Casa Ursula to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in nature. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location We had an amazing stay in this cozy apartment in Breuil-Cervinia. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is small but charming, with a lovely sunny balcony where we enjoyed relaxing after a day on the mountain. Everything we needed was available, and both Cristina and Rodica were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Just a note for future guests: the apartment does not have internet, and you need to bring your own bed linens or reserve them separately for an additional fee. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful location—we would love to come back!

A great place to stay high above Lake Maggiore. Fantastic lake view. Spacious and generous. We wanted don't even leave the terrace, we liked it there so much. The very fine pool provides cooling in between. Everything is super well maintained and very tastefully furnished. Paola is a wonderful hostess, always approachable, super nice and friendly. She provided us with tips for the best restaurants and even reserved it for us. We had a fabulous time and would keep coming back.

A wonderful apartment with blinds!! With everything you need to make life. A terrace to enjoy a morning cafe where you will see go down and climb squirrels. The rooms are perfect. And the shower is a luxury, totally renovated. The location in wonderful zermatt without noise and a 2-minute walk from the meollo. Totally recommended and we would definitely come back. Luca's house is exactly as described. It is very spacious with enough room for a family of 4 plus grandma. The terrace with the hammock is great. The center of Armeno is in walking distance with a nice supermarket and bakery. We appreciated the welcome basket very much. You have everything you can wish for in the kitchen (Nespresso machine, fridge, oven, etc). The garden is even larger then expected from the pictures. You have a nice view on the surrounding mountains from the garden as well as from the balcony. Really the only downside (as mentioned by other reviews already) are the mosquitos. There are very many of them and you need to come prepared. If we could have one wish it would be to install mosquito protection at the windows of the sleeping rooms so that you can have them open at night. We would love to come again thank Luca and Paola for their hospitality.
