Great view! Place needs updating

Colleen was very a very responsive host. After booking, response time was about 5-10 minutes, so it was very helpful to plan the trip and got all the questions answered. The place was like in the pictures, all clear instructions were provided and we could call it home for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend to stay and enjoy the weather, place and Florida in full!

Great place to stay if you are staying around the Hollywood Boardwalk! Had all amenities listed and Rich was very responsive and kind. Literally a 45 second walk to the beach. Walking distance to a Mart and Liquor store. Had many restaurants around and a few seconds walk to Haagen-Dazs if ya feelin a lil dessert. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We loved our stay in this studio. It met our expectations and the host was very friendly. Will be glad to live there again next year.

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

Really great spot to stay! Clean and modern room, great beach area and pool, and suuuuuper friendly people! I would recommend this place over and over if you want to stay somewhere where you can get some sun and easily walk into town to get dinner/drinks/etc!

This apartment was well equipped, very clean and perfect for my three day conference. It’s attached to the hotel and all of the amenities such as room service and beach/pool access are available just as for hotel guests. Jorge reached out soon after I arrived to make sure all was well.

I absolutely can not say anything bad about this place or our host. place was spotless and staff was extremely friendly always asking if we needed anything. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Will definitely be back the next time I come to Miami.

Great location with close access to the beach. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it. Decor was cute and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

It was so beautiful, I would recommend for college kids because of the pool and there were multiple days of people having parties by the pool, but it was very fun! The pool was clean and heated. The only negative thing was we found about 3 cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. Other than that, no complaints.

This a very nice studio apartment that is very comfortable and nicely appointed. Barbara meet us upon our arrival and walked us through the resort signing in process, provided us a tour of the entire resort amenities and showed us our accommodations. She also made herself available throughout or stay for any questions. There are plenty of good to excellent restaurants within walking distance and I would highly suggest making reservations at H2O Cafe for dinner.

Wonderful stay at Fontainebleau with full access to all of the amenities. Quiet room despite it being Spring Break. Great for families; we loved the kids pool and the beach. Our host Sean was responsive to all of our concerns!

GatorMom did a great job communicating with us promptly and giving us plenty of solutions for local activities and the logistical challenges we had. This was a charming place and a neat complex. Thanks for the nice place to stay.

Jeff was a great host. His listing is steps from the Boardwalk and beach. Chairs and a cooler are provided also. Jeff communicated throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The first thing I’ll say is Wesley is an incredible host. Always responsive and quick. We had to ask a few questions when there and they were immediately answered. Now to the condo , absolutely stunning, modern, high ceilings, and the view , breathtaking. We spent every morning for coffee and ended every night with wine. There is a pull out couch which is huge, so four adults could easily stay in the condo. There is a Walmart close by and we bought all our groceries for lunch and breakfast there. The beach is right outside the back door and there are always chairs available for use. The pool is also stunning. The only down side to the condo and it’s not Wesley’s is the long wait for elevator. But being on the fifth you can walk up or down at peak times. To sum it up , yup we would book again , see you next year Wesley !!!!!
