The place is as described, Fabien is a responsive and pleasant host. However small - in terms of cleanliness, a few cobwebs and all the dishes were dirty... Otherwise it was impeccable and it remains a very good value for money, I recommend it!

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

Very pleasant stay with magnificent views from the accommodation and the spa. Very welcoming host. The Bikki beach within walking distance is a restaurant bar with your feet in the sand on Nonnes beach, it was great.

there is a lot to say about Martine and Jean-Michel's place, and, only good. Martine likes to please and it sees in every detail, nothing is left to chance , everything must be aesthetic and practical. it emanates from the accommodation the impression of being at home and even more of being in his own family home the one who has seen the parents pass by the grandparents . Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

Family home ideal for families with small children. Games for them in a game room. Cribs. High chair. Stroller and cozy. Everything was perfect. The children's island is close for activities. On the other hand, a car is essential for shopping and trips to the sea.

Philippe is an exceptional host. Before we arrived he answered all our questions very quickly. The welcome was warm (with a bottle in the fridge waiting for us). We appreciated the time he spent giving us recommendations. The house was perfect for our needs, secure, we always left the car open because there's a gate. Our stay was peaceful. We had planned activities that we canceled in the end because we felt at home. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We'll be happy to come back. We had a great time, the pool is worthy of a 4-star rating, green and peaceful property. Everything is in place to have a relaxing vacation and disconnect. Don't hesitate to collect small logs in the landscaped park to enhance your evenings during a barbecue (this one provided) and at the same time, don't buy charcoal because Patrick will be very happy as you will contribute to cleaning the priority 😊 A big thank you to Christine and Patrick Nath & Mika Signed: the budding artist 😉
