An unforgettable stay at Sam's place! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a true sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, thoughtful, and always ready to help make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was spotless – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (or even better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also great, whether for relaxing or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I recommend it without a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was a great choice! So many good things to say! The house is modern and very well equipped. Great level of comfort and the garden is lovely. Communication was fantastic. Responsive and always helpful. We loved the location and the local amenities were very good. It was just top. Nickel! As an example we forgot a wallet and the cleaner found it and they arranged it's return with no fuss. The best - simply the best!

Great place to stay when visiting HEC and great alternative to the Best Western Hotel - 10 min walk. Extremely easy check in and the place has radiant natural light all around. Really enjoyed the stay.

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. Well arranged accommodation for 2 families of 11 people in total. Very responsive and adaptable host. We appreciated the proximity to Paris while being in a quiet location. We recommend the accommodation for a stay in the suburbs close to Paris.

Pierre is a responsive and welcoming host. The accommodation is well kept, quiet and well fenced. Chantilly Castle is a stone's throw away and pleasant walks are possible nearby. I would recommend it in a second.

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

The place was exactly as described. The apartment is located in a residential area with very good infrastructure, shops, restaurants, metro and bus connection. The key exchange was well organized. The house is very well maintained and quiet. The contact with Laura was very good. Questions were answered at all times. We felt very comfortable.

Hannah and Reuben's flat was a dream! Private, secure, and full of unique Parisian charm, it was exactly as described and wonderful to stay in. Close to the Metro, it was a lovely spot to retreat to after a day out and about.

Loved our stay at Julie’s. The apartment has lots of lovely touches & is very spacious for 2 people. Having the piano and the beautiful giant couch was my favorite part. The view at night was amazing, you could see the lights of the Eiffel tower. The location is walkable, lots of things around, & yet still feel peaceful. Julie communicated well & made us feel welcome through our correspondence. I would definitely recommend staying at Julie’s.

Since it was close to the M1 train line in a very nice neighborhood, it was very easy to get to the museums and the center. Since the market and pharmacy are close, you can immediately reach the urgent needs. The house is very clean and has a great library, kitchen and terrace. Thank you so much

Atmospheric apartment in a great area of Paris. Close to Gare du Nord and Montmartre.

Very clean accommodation 2 steps from the metro which brings you directly to central Paris . Quiet neighborhood and the most significant a parking space in the basement. The bedding is great , everything is perfect for a single person or couple . I'm thinking about coming back if I have to go to Paris again.

It is a very quiet and easy house to stay in. Enzo was very kind and bought water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival. Perfect for those who work from home or cook. I've used Airbnb in 20 wards so far, but this house is almost in 16 wards, and it's convenient because it's just a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. He is a lovely host. I recommend it to everyone!

Perfect apartment for a couple visiting Paris. Everything necessary is available and the bedding is comfortable. Quiet and allowing access to the various Parisian monuments in just over half an hour. We strongly recommend this property.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
